Calling All Farmers, Food Vendors, and Local Artisans
The Flowery Branch Winter Market is now accepting vendor applications! We are looking for high-quality goods from local growers, food creators, and makers to help bring the warmth of the season to Downtown Flowery Branch.

Permitted Products:
We are seeking vendors offering:

• Raw Agricultural Products: Fresh produce, eggs, honey, nuts, milk, and uncooked meat or seafood (priority given to locally grown and farm-raised goods)

• Fresh Cut Flowers & Plants: Live plants, herbs, and seedlings

• Ready-to-Eat Foods: Hot meals, snacks, or beverages meant for immediate consumption

• Prepared Foods: Baked goods, candy, cheese, confections, and shelf-stable items (must comply with Georgia Food Code labeling and packaging requirements)

• Locally Made Crafts: Handmade goods created by local artisans

Health Inspections & Permits:
All food vendors must provide a copy of their most recent health inspection report and all necessary permits prior to the event. Failure to submit documentation may result in denial of participation.

Prohibited Products:
Please note, we are not accepting:

• Services (e.g., insurance, tutoring, real estate)

• Weapons or politically/socially driven causes

• Non-local resale of pre-packaged items or nonprofit bake sales

• T-shirts or other clothing items

• Mass‑produced imports 
• Multi‑level marketing brands 
• Mass‑produced jewelry 

Important Policies

• This is a rain or shine event

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, extension cords, and tent weights
  – Tent weights are required at every market—no exceptions

• All permits and licenses must be current and available on site

• Vendors must be prepared to accept payments directly (no ATM is available on site)

• We reserve the right to conduct background checks and drug tests

• Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, or weather-related issues

• You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time

• No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance

• If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance

• No-shows without notice may not be invited to future events

• All applicants must read the Flowery Branch Market Policy 

The City of Flowery Branch, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under City of Flowery Branch activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Flowery Branch, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.
