About the application

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Media Spring Arts Show! 
We are excited to showcase over 130 artists in April and look forward to seeing your submission. 

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 27th, 2026 at NOON

Date of show:  Sunday, April 19th, 11-4 pm

Rain date:  Sunday, April 26th

 

We look to include a wide range of artistic mediums.  Please note that you may select up to 3 categories that represent the goods you will be selling.  All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.  The categories include: 

 

  • Ceramics/Glass/Metal: Original clay and porcelain work or metal, functional or sculptural. For glass, kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold-working processes are permitted.
  • Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.
  • Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.
  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.
  • Mixed Media: Work that combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
  • Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.
  • Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.
  • Printmaking: Prints should be in limited editions or signed, and numbered. This can include cards and stationery. Reproduction, copyrighted and AI-generated prints are NOT allowed.
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction, copyrighted and AI-generated prints are NOT allowed.
  • Wood/Resin: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

About the event

Artists and Makers of original work from around the Delaware Valley gather for this curated and juried event. Purchase fine art and creative pieces by the talented people gathered in Everybody's Hometown.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting payment, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Please Note:

  • We cannot accommodate booth location requests.
  • Electricity is NOT available.
  • Tents are mandatory and require 20-pound weights on each of the four legs of the tent.
  • You must bring your own tent, table and chairs.
  • Amplified music of any kind is prohibited.
  • Spaces are limited and will be clearly be marked on the street.
  • Extending beyond your designated space is prohibited.

    NOTICE: All applications are subject to approval. Submission of application and payment does not
    guarantee approval. Rejected applications will be refunded promptly. This is a family-friendly event.
    Religious, social commentary, and political signs, banners, or promotional materials are strictly
    prohibited. The MBA reserves the right to deem any item unacceptable and remove it from the
    festival.

 

HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE: The applicant ARTIST/INDIVIDUAL/BUSINESS
and/or it's OWNER(S) and/or CORPORATION, its officers, employees, or agents, shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, THE MEDIA BUSINESS AUTHORITY, MEDIA ARTS COUNCIL and THE BOROUGH OF MEDIA, their officers, employees, agents and assigns, from and against any and all liability, loss, expense (including reasonable attorney fees), or claims for injury or damages arising out of the performance of this Agreement, but only to the extent that such liability, loss, expense, attorney's fees, or claims for injuries or damages are caused by or result from the negligent or intentional acts of omission of the ARTIST/ INDIVIDUAL/BUSINESS and/or its OWNER(S) and/orCORPORATION, its officers, employees, or agents.
The Festival is a rain‑or‑shine event. Normal weather conditions—including but not limited to rain, wind, heat, cold, or other non‑hazardous weather—shall not be considered valid grounds for event cancellation or postponement. Participants acknowledge that their decision to attend, set up, or remain at the event is voluntary. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued to any participant who chooses not to attend, arrives late, departs early, or fails to operate their booth due to weather conditions. 



By applying, you agree to participate in the show and that there will be no refunds.
