QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications of the artist market are as follows:  

  • All work must be of an original design by the artist
  • No work may be assembled from commercial kits or molds
  • Artwork should fall into one of the following categories: ceramics, glass, graphics/printmaking, metalwork, photography, wood, drawing/pastels, jewelry (ornamental/costume or precious metals), sculpture, fiber/textiles/batik, fiber (wearables), leather, or  painting (oil/acrylic or watercolor)

SPACE

There are 20 available spaces in the Artist Market (located in the Governor's Grove). Each participant will be provided with the following:

  • One (1) 6' table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Access to one (1) electrical outlet

Please note that this is a juried application process, and space is limited to 20 spots. Applicants will be notified of their application status by August 1st. 

 

About the event

Every October, we throw the biggest party in town—the Atlanta Pride Festival! Coinciding with National Coming Out Day, it’s the nation’s largest free Pride festival with a massive parade that energizes the streets. But that’s not all we do! Atlanta Pride runs a year-round schedule of educational, social, and cultural events to keep the community engaged and inspired. We also give back through partnerships with other organizations and grant-making initiatives to support local LGBTQ+ causes.

FEES

The Application Fee of $25 is nonrefundableThe table fee is $300 for a standard table. A 50% refund will be issued with a written request received before August 31, 2026. No refunds will be given for any request received after August 31, 2026.

 

All participants are required to attend both days of the festival. Failure to attend both days of the festival will disqualify you from returning to the Artist Market for one year.

Application Fee $25.00 Non-refundable This fee covers the administrative fees associated with processing the application and is non-refundable.
Table Reservation Fee $300.00 This fee is charged upon application approval and reserves you one (1) standard table in the Artist Market for the entire weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
