Chillin' On Main

Chillin’ on Main is an annual holiday event on the first Saturday in December. It features a variety of craft and food vendors, local non-profits, and businesses as well as numerous activities for children and their families. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make their way down Philadelphia Avenue and will be available for photos!

Expected attendance is between 3,000 and 5,000 community members from Boyertown and surrounding neighborhoods.

“Rain” Date – Sunday December 6th from 11am-4pm

Refunds will not be given if you cannot attend

the scheduled rain date.

Food vendors are required to provide Serv Safe Certificate.
All vendor fees are forfeited if you do not participate.

• All vendor spaces are 15x15 or 15x30
• You must be set up and ready to sell by the start time of the event (11am).
• All vehicles must be removed at least 30 minutes before the start time (10:30 am).
• Parking is available in the Town Center Parking Lot as well as several other lots throughout town. Off-street parking is also available and parking restrictions will be lifted for the day.
• You will need to supply your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• All canopies, tents, and pop-ups must be secured and weighed down regardless of the forecasted weather.
• Please do not block walkways when setting up and tearing down.
• Electricity will not be provided.
• You must stay for the entire event, even if you sell out. 
• All trash much be cleaned up from your area upon leaving. Please do not leave empty boxes or packaging from your products. 
• Refunds will not be given if you cannot attend the scheduled event date or rain date (if used).
