Night in the Country Merchant Vendor Application

Night in the Country welcomes a variety of vendors that can provide options for our patrons to enjoy.  We carefully review items and pricing when selecting our vendors.  We keep our patron demographics and size of attendance in mind when approving applicants.

Event Address: 115 HWY 95-A East Yerington, NV 89447
Vendor Check-In Date: July 22, 2026
Timeframe: 9 AM - 9 PM

Conduct: Any behavior considered distasteful or unlawful by Night in the Country is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of this agreement or contract.
Responsibility: Night in the Country is not responsible for any lost or stolen products, merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings.
Revocation of Passes: Night in the Country reserves the right to revoke camping and/or concert passes of any individual. Additionally, the organization may remove individuals from the venue or campgrounds if it is determined that such actions are in the best interest of public safety, event attendees, campers, or staff.
Rule Amendments: Night in the Country reserves the right to add or amend any rules and regulations at any time.
Liability: Night in the Country is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, or failures of suppliers or subcontractors to meet their obligations.
