About the application
The festival is thrilled to support local non-profits, and thanks to the generosity of our Bee Kind business sponsor, there is a unique sponsorship opportunity available. Bee Kind will select non-profits from the applicants to sponsor their tent, offering additional visibility and support.
We look forward to showcasing the incredible work of our non-profit community and are excited to support your efforts in making a positive impact. Join us for a weekend of celebration, community spirit, and meaningful connections at the Sourwood Festival!

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Each participating non-profit will be provided with a 10' x 10' tent space. In accordance with the Town of Black Mountain Fire Code, it is essential that all tents meet the following requirements:
- Each leg of the tent must be secured with at least 40 pounds of weight to ensure stability and safety.
