Join us for Bourbon & Brisket Festival 2026, a high-energy, high-attendance festival celebrating bold flavors, premium bourbon, live music, and an electric atmosphere at one of Metro Atlanta’s most sought-after destinations—The Battery Atlanta, home of the Atlanta Braves. We are seeking top-tier general goods, craft, and artisan vendors to showcase their unique products to thousands of festivalgoers throughout the day.

📣 Marketing Exposure – Participating vendors will be promoted across event websites, social media, email campaigns, and festival materials.
What We’re Looking For
-Handmade crafts, artwork, and unique artisan items
-General goods and lifestyle products
-Permanent jewelry and other wearable items
-Specialty or boutique products that enhance the festival experience
-All products must be high-quality and appropriate for a family-friendly festival environment.
Vendors selling counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items will not be permitted.
Due to very limited space, vendors will be selected based on product variety, quality, professionalism, and overall festival fit.
All applicants are required to review the Terms & Conditions prior to submitting an application.
Braves Development and Goin’ Social Events reserve the right to refuse any vendor.

General Goods & Artisan Vendor Terms & Conditions
Bourbon & Brisket Festival 2026
The Battery Atlanta | June 27th, 2026
By submitting an application and/or participating in Bourbon & Brisket Festival 2026 (“Event”), the general goods or artisan vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions as set forth by Goin’ Social Events, Braves Development Company, and any affiliated partners (“Event Producers”).
1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations
Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, State of Georgia, Cobb County, and local regulations, including but not limited to:
Georgia Department of Public Health requirements (if applicable)
Cobb & Douglas Public Health regulations
Cobb County Fire Marshal regulations
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, and inspections necessary to operate at the Event.
2. Insurance & Risk Acknowledgement
General event insurance is provided by Goin’ Social Events as the Event Producer. While individual vendor insurance is recommended, it is not required.
Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation is at Vendor’s own risk, and Vendor is responsible for protecting their property, merchandise, displays, staff, and operations.
3. Electricity & Power
Electricity is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring power must request it in advance on their application.
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own generator or independent power source to ensure uninterrupted operation. Event Producers cannot guarantee voltage, outlets, or availability of electricity on-site.
4. Health, Safety & Fire Regulations
Vendor must comply with all Cobb County Fire Marshal and public safety requirements, including but not limited to:
Approved fire extinguishers on-site (if using open flames or propane)
Proper use and storage of any flammable materials
Safe placement of tents, displays, and electrical equipment
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
5. Product Approval
All products must be submitted for approval prior to acceptance. Vendors may not sell prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or offensive items.
Event Producers reserve the right to limit product overlap, restrict specific items, and maintain a curated vendor mix to ensure a high-quality festival experience.
6. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown
Vendor agrees to comply with all assigned:
Load-in and load-out times
Booth or tent space assignments
Required operational hours
All vendors MUST stay on property and be fully set up and staffed for the entire duration of the Event.
Failure to operate for the full duration of the Event, early departure, or late arrival may result in penalties, forfeiture of fees, or exclusion from future events.
7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth or display area at all times. All trash, packaging, and debris must be disposed of in approved locations only.
Dumping of any waste onsite or into storm drains is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or removal.
8. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, Braves Development Company, The Battery Atlanta, Cobb County, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from Vendor’s participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, merchandise loss, or regulatory violations.
9. No Guarantee of Sales, Attendance, or Electricity
Vendor acknowledges that Goin’ Social Events does not guarantee:
Sales volume or profitability
Attendance numbers
Weather conditions
Event outcomes
Availability of electricity or other utilities
Goin’ Social Events shall not be liable for loss of revenue, unsold merchandise, poor sales, weather-related impacts, acts of God, low attendance, or lack of power.
10. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure
The Event is scheduled rain or shine. Vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of severe weather, acts of God, government orders, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Event Producers’ control.
11. Right of Refusal & Removal
Event Producers reserve the absolute right to:
Refuse any vendor application
Reassign vendor locations
Remove any vendor from the Event for non-compliance, safety concerns, misrepresentation, or conduct deemed inappropriate
Removal shall be without refund.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue for any legal action exclusively in Cobb County, Georgia.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an application, payment of fees, and/or participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

| Tent Space (10x10) | No Trailers | $500.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single Booth Size: 10’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 10’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space. |
| Double Tent Space (10x20) | No trailers | $1,000.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Double Booth Size: 20’ wide × 10’ deep maximum -Vendors are responsible for keeping their setup within the assigned space. -Tables, tents, displays, and equipment must fit safely within the booth area without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. -Booths must not exceed 20’×10’. Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -No trailers are permitted; all booths must be tents. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space. |

Vendors requiring a larger space must apply for an expanded booth in advance. -Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, cords, and all other booth materials. -Nothing will be provided by Event Producers except the assigned booth space. |
