About the application

We're back! Excitement is brewing and we are inviting you to join the 13th Annual Taste of Chamblee, the city's largest food festival! Taste of Chamblee will expose your business to a flourishing community with nearly 30,000 residents and consumers. The one-day community festival celebrates Chamblee's unique history and diverse restaurant and business scene. The festival features a Kids Zone, two giant LED screens that will be tuned into the ACC and SEC football games and a Wine Down Tent. Taste of Chamblee is hosted by the City of Chamblee. We are seeking businesses to join us for this community event that showcases the wonderful cuisine for which Chamblee is known !#ChambleeEats This year, we are implementing a new system via a phone app that pays through a QR code linked to a card. The "Bytes" included in each sponsorship level ultimately equal $1 worth of food at the event. So, 10 Bytes = $10 worth of food, 20 Bytes = $20 worth of food, etc. We will provide you with a gift card that can then be uploaded through the app and used at the event. Taste of Chamblee will follow all CDC and state guidelines and safety measures for events due to COVID-19. *If you are interested in being a sponsor and would prefer to pay via check to avoid the additional Eventeny online transaction fees, please let me know and we can work that out*

About the event

Taste of Chamblee is back and we've missed the cuisines just as much as we missed our attendees! On October 15th, we will be celebrating the diverse restaurant community in Chamblee. In addition to the tasty bites and brews, we'll feature SEC and ACC college football games on two GIANT LED screens in the Beer Gardens, a friendly KidZone and we're bringing back the Wine Down Tent. We can't wait to cheers together once again!

Terms & Conditions

In submitting an application for Taste of Chamblee 2022, the applicant and the Vendor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions:

  • All payments are final, no refunds. Taste of Chamblee is a rain or shine event.
  • Taste of Chamblee does not guarantee exclusivity of products displayed.
  • Inclusion on advertisements and marketing appeals is contingent upon payment and receipt of a HQ logo (300 dpi to Katie Sears at ksears@chambleega.gov).
  • Taste of Chamblee and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests or visitors with the confines of the space contracted by the Exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors who do not set up on schedule (before 3:00 pm) may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Exhibitor at the discretion of Event Management.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacle. A $100 fee for cleaning will be issued, if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness.
  • Any loss or damage to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Exhibitor within 30 business days after the festival.
  • Booth spaces are 10' x 10' tents, with a small table and 2 chairs. Tent décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display.
  • Power is not readily available on the event site for sponsors.
  • No vehicles will be permitted on site during festival hours. All cars must remain outside of festival parameters until after 8:00 pm.
By submitting this application, the applicant and Sponsor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY NONPROFITS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN CHAMBLEE'S NONPROFIT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM MAY SIGN UP AS A NONPROFIT SPONSOR.
