2026 Business Vendor

The City of Lilburn welcomes (LOCAL) business vendors to set up a booth and market their business at Food Truck Tuesdays. The vendor fee per 12x12 space is $25.00 per event date upon approval of your application. Please be sure to list/select the date/dates you are applying for on the application. Food Truck Tuesday is the second Tuesday of each month May - October.  This event has an attendance of 200-500 per event.

Event Time:  6-9 pm

Reserved Vendor parking is available in the Railroad Ave. parking lot.

 Event instructions will be emailed to you about 7 days prior to the event date so please be sure to use a current email address on your application.
     

• Business vendors can't sell merchandise, food, or drinks at the event.
• Business vendors can market their business and hand out information and/or free merchandise but no food/drink.  If you wish to sell food/drink then you should complete the food vendor application.
• Art/Craft handmade items will be considered.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs

• All tents must be weighted down for safety. Tents that are not properly weighted will have to be taken down. Tent stakes can't be used.
• We encourage a fun, family friendly activity at your booth or some type of giveaway but this is not required.

• No electricity or running water is available

• The space fee is $25 per space and will be charged upon approval of your application.
• Check in and set up will begin at 5:00pm and vendors should be set up and ready by 6:00 pm.

• Vendors will need to unload into the Railroad Ave. parking lot and carry items into the park.

• Vendor parking is available in the Railroad Ave. parking lot at Lilburn City Park.
• After the event please clean up your space and take all items with you.  We can't be responsible for items left behind.

• Event load in instructions will be emailed to the email on your Eventeny application about 7 days prior to the event.

• The City of Lilburn reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications.

• The City does not guarantee that vendors will have exclusive rights to advertise a particular item or service.

• Vendors must market their business from their booth space only. No roving.
