2026 Food Vendor Application

Food Truck Tuesday is back in Lilburn City Park! Join us every 2nd Tuesday of the month, May - October from 6-9 pm!  Grab a chair or blanket, invite your neighbors, family, and friends and enjoy dinner from a rotating lineup of delicious food trucks. Each month features live music from an up-and-coming entertainer on the bandshell, plus local business vendors will be sharing their goods.  Food Truck Tuesday is the perfec midweek way to relax, connect, and enjoy your community.  Be sure to stop by the City Information tent to get the scoop and sign up for the Lilburn Loop!

Food Trucks/Vendors may apply for any and all dates.

Please be sure to select all dates you are available on your application.
You will receive an email confirming the date/dates you have been selected for.
 Each vendor will be charged the vendor fee 7 days prior to the event for each event date they have been selected for.

Rules for food vendors

• Application deadline is August 31, 2026.  Apply early don't wait for the deadline.
• Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
•  The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
• If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up, that truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
• No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund.
• Vendors should arrive by 4 pm and be ready to sell by 6:00 pm. No sales after 9 pm.
• Vendors who show up late will not be allowed in the event and will forfeit their vendor fee.
• Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
• Vehicles must detach from trailers.
• Grease will only be allowed in self-contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
• All food trucks must have a fire extinguisher on board.
• You can't serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
• All events are outside rain or shine.

• The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
