File Format Requirements: Accepted formats: .jpg or .png Maximum file size: 5 MB Recommended dimensions: 1400 px on the smallest side, 72 DPI File Naming Convention: Begin your file name with your full name: Example: SarahTest_1.jpg For close-up images that help jurors better understand your work, include "Close-up" in the file name: Example: SarahTest_Close-up.jpg Submission Tips: Ensure your images are clear, sharp, and accurately represent the work you plan to exhibit, and are cropped to the edges of your artwork. Avoid submitting photos with distracting elements like walls, frames, or poor-quality lighting. Jurors will evaluate your submission based on originality, consistency, and quality, so choose images carefully.
