Vendor Fee: $200
Includes:

Electricity
Drapes/backdrop behind booth
Climate-controlled, air-conditioned indoor exhibit space

Tables & Chairs:

Tables and chairs are not included
Available to rent directly through the venue for an additional fee

Indoor exhibit hall is fully air-conditioned
Outdoor areas include food trucks and kids attractions
This is a one-day Saturday event with extended evening hours

We are curating a diverse, high-quality vendor experience and are seeking:

Handmade crafts & art
Merchandise & collectibles
Authors & illustrators
Cryptid-themed products
Curiosities & oddities
Paranormal & folklore-related vendors
Roaming entertainment
Live music performers
Interactive or themed displays
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are juried to maintain balance and quality.

ELECTRICITY & SETUP
Electricity is included for indoor vendors
Vendors must provide their own extension cords and power strips
Decorations must stay within your assigned space
No drilling, taping, or damaging venue property
 
ALCOHOL & FOOD SALES
Alcohol sales are handled exclusively by the event/venue
Vendors may not sell alcohol
Food vendors must have all required permits and approvals
 
KIDS ZONE & OUTDOOR AREAS
Kids Zone and select attractions will be outdoors
Food trucks and certain entertainment will be placed outdoors
Vendors should plan accordingly for weather in outdoor areas

PROHIBITED MERCHANDISE

Vendors are not allowed to use "Carolina Coastal Bigfoot & CryptidFest" on any merchandise. No nudity. Please keep in mind, This is a family friendly event. If you have a question please message the organizer.

Vendors selling oddities or sensitive material must clearly display signage.

Food vendors must carry appropriate insurance and permits.

LOAD-IN
Friday, April 9, 2027: Evening load-in (exact times provided closer to event)
Vendors must check in and set up during assigned times
EVENT DAY
Saturday, April 10, 2027:
Vendors must be fully set up and open for the duration of the event
LOAD-OUT
Sunday, April 11, 2027: Morning breakdown only
Early breakdown on Saturday is not permitted

Vendors will receive 2 free passes for every 10x10 space. If vendor needs more passes they are required to pay for any additional passes.

WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, acts of God, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

 
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All vendor fees are non-refundable
Fees may be transferred to another approved vendor with written permission
Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if necessary
 
LIABILITY WAIVER
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Carolina Coastal CryptidFest, Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival, event staff, venue, and partners are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or injury.

FINAL AUTHORITY
Event organizers reserve the right to:

Refuse or remove vendors
Modify booth placement
Enforce all rules for the safety and success of the event.
