2026 Vendor Waitlist

Thank you for your interest in our festival. The North Carolina Blackberry Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for vendors. Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance, the festival is in its twenty-third year. The 2-day festival brings in people from all over the state and is one of North Carolina's premiere street festivals.

Please know that this application is for the Festival WAITLIST ONLY. If we have any available space we will reach out regarding your application.

The NC Blackberry Festival reserves the right to approve or deny this application. You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please make sure that your credit card information on your application stays up to date. If you are issued a refund, it will be returned to the card on file. If the card on file is not correct, the DLDA is not liable.

Cancellations:Cancellations can be made until May 31st, 2026. If you withdraw from the festival on or before May 31st, 2026, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after May 31st, 2026.

Cancellation Insurance:Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the ENTIRE festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
