Get ready to be part of a fun-filled, family-friendly summer celebration! Endless Summerfest is seeking vendors to bring local flair, handmade goods, and unique products to this high-traffic, community-focused event.
Who We’re Looking For
Vendors offering activities, including but not limited to:
facepainting, caricatures, dancing, light up balloons, and more.
Important Guidelines
⚠️ No food trucks or full meal services are permitted.
⚠️ Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and setup.
⚠️ Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed – please inquire if required.
Additional Notes
Full-scale businesses must sponsor the event. This application is limited to craft, clothing, and general goods vendors.
This is a high-traffic community event expected to attract families, local shoppers, and festival-goers of all ages. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with the community, and sell seasonal products.

Endless Summerfest 2026 – Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event: Endless Summerfest 2026
Date: Saturday, July 25th, 2026
Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA
By submitting an application and/or participating as a vendor at Endless Summerfest 2026 (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Vendor Eligibility
1.1 Applications are limited to craft, clothing, and general goods vendors. Full-scale businesses must sponsor the event.
1.2 Vendors must be at least 18 years of age.
1.3 Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application at their sole discretion.
2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Event cancellation.
2.2 Payment must be made in full to secure a booth space.
2.3 A portion of vendor fees supports the Event’s nonprofit partner(s).
3. Vendor Setup & Operations
3.1 Vendor spaces are typically 10’x10’ unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
3.3 Electricity is limited and not guaranteed. Vendors requiring power must request it in advance.
3.4 Vendors must adhere to setup and teardown schedules. Early departures are not permitted without prior approval.
3.5 Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean. Trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
4. Parking
4.1 Free parking is available for vendors and attendees.
4.2 Vendors must park in the farthest available aisle to maximize parking for event attendees.
4.3 Parking is first-come, first-served.
5. Sales & Taxes
5.1 Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
5.2 Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sales, licensing, and permits.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 The Event may be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including weather, acts of God, or governmental regulations).
6.2 In the event of cancellation, organizers may offer partial or full refunds at their discretion.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Vendors participate at their own risk. The Event organizers, The Mill on Etowah, and affiliated partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, or property damage.
7.2 Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance.
7.3 By participating, vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Event organizers from any claims or damages arising from their participation.
8. Conduct
8.1 Vendors must maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.
8.2 The sale of offensive, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
8.3 Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor or attendee who violates these Terms & Conditions without refund.
9. Compliance with Laws
9.1 Vendors must comply with all Georgia state and local laws, including health and safety regulations.
9.2 Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, and certifications to operate at the Event.
10. Media & Promotion
10.1 By participating, vendors grant the Event organizers the right to use photographs, videos, and promotional materials featuring their booth or products for marketing purposes.
11. Acceptance
By submitting a vendor application and/or participating in Endless Summerfest 2026, vendors agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.

| 10x10 Space | $150.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Bring your own tent. |
| 10x20 Space | $300.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Bring your own tent. |
| 10x30 Space | $450.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 30 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Bring your own tent/trailer. |
