Welcome to the Regency-inspired Tea gathering. If you have any questions please out to me at 912-656-8807. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the a booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. All wares must be handcrafted and curated by the applicant. Scentsy is an exception for this particular event. 

 

 

About the event

By gracious invitation of the court, ladies of the family and their young companions are summoned to attend the most prestigious and refined Regency-inspired tea gathering. A day devoted to elegance, tradition, and cherished connection across generations. First Session: (10am-1pm) Duchess & Darling Tea (Mother & Daughter Tea Experience) You are cordially invited to an enchanting Regency-inspired afternoon created especially for mothers and their daughters. (Grandmothers and aunts are more than welcome to bring your niece or granddaughter) The Duchess & Darling Tea is a beautifully styled tea soirée celebrating grace, connection, and cherished moments together. Guests will enjoy elegant tea service, delightful sweets and savories, and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere inspired by timeless Regency charm. The afternoon includes etiquette instruction, storytelling, gentle music, interactive activities, and opportunities for crafting, dancing, and capturing treasured photographs. Guests may also browse offerings from carefully appointed artisans, each selected to reflect the elegance and spirit of this refined gathering. Every detail has been lovingly planned to create an intimate and memorable experience — a celebration of tradition, beauty, and meaningful time shared between mothers and daughters and ladies of the family. An afternoon fit for duchesses and their darlings. Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to attend in their finest Sunday best. Church dresses, dress pants, skirts are fitting for this most finest affair. For those that would like to wear Regency-inspired gowns, florals, lace, soft pastels, and polished shoes are also most welcome. Experience Includes elegant tea service and refreshments, etiquette and posture instruction. Storytelling and refined entertainment, crafts and interactive activities. We will have plenty of photo opportunities to include a beautifully styled setting. A curated shopping experience with carefully appointed artisans. This is a ticket only event , therefore, seating is limited to preserve the intimacy and elegance of the experience. Crown & Court Tea (Mother & Son / Mother & Child Tea Experience) (3pm-6pm) Step into a refined late afternoon of charm, tradition, and intentional connection at the Crown & Court Tea. Designed for mothers, grandmothers, aunts and their son, grandson or nephew. This Regency-inspired tea gathering offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with elegant tea service, delightful treats, and thoughtfully planned activities. Guests will enjoy etiquette instruction, storytelling, gentle music, and interactive moments that encourage confidence, courtesy, and joyful connection. Throughout the event, guests are invited to explore offerings from carefully appointed artisans, chosen to complement the distinguished and family-friendly nature of this special occasion. The Crown & Court Tea is a celebration of grace, presence, and meaningful memories — an experience where children are welcomed as honored guests of the court. A royal afternoon of tradition and togetherness. Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to attend in their finest Sunday best. Waistcoats, suspenders, bow ties, soft florals, polished shoes, and Regency-inspired attire are warmly welcomed. Experience Includes elegant tea service and scrumptious savories fit for the court. Etiquette and social graces instruction, storytelling and refined entertainment. Interactive activities and crafts. Photo opportunities in a regal setting, shopping with carefully appointed artisans. This gathering is intentionally intimate so seating is limited. This is a ticketed event only.

Prices

Regency-inspired Tea Party $55.00 Non-refundable Please be aware that we are only able to allow one 6 foot table. This is an indoor event, tents are not allowed. Events by Courtney Kaye does not provide tables, chairs, linens or signage. The vendor table could be turned in a manner where your products are shown from both sides and customers walk on either side. There are also four outside spots.
