About the application

The Foodie Fest is a community-centered food festival supporting Autism Awareness and Acceptance, bringing together families, food lovers, and local vendors for a meaningful and inclusive day. Food vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their signature dishes to a large, diverse audience while supporting a cause that promotes understanding and acceptance for individuals and families impacted by autism. Even with "less-than-ideal" weather last year—including dark skies and light mist—we proudly welcomed over 500+ attendees, demonstrating strong community support and engagement. This event celebrates great food, connection, and impact—one plate at a time.

Terms & Conditions

  • All vendor fees and payments are due upon submission of this application.
  • Vendor Application Fee: $80
  • City permit Fee: $100 Food Stand/Truck
  • City permit Fee: $25 Pre-Packaged
  • Application fee / city permit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE !
  • No illegal substances or drugs, as well as well as alcohol, are allowed on festival grounds.
  • No littering. Use designated trash and recycling bins throughout the area.
  • All attendees, vendors, and staff must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival.
  • The festival organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • By attending the festival, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please notify the festival staff.
  • No climbing on structures, equipment, or festival installations.
  • In the event of vendor cancellations or non-participation, no refunds or credits will be provided (as mentioned)
  • Vendors are responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodations, or production.
  • All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and equipment. (tents are allowed - max tent size is 10'x10').
  • Upon submission of this application and receipt of payment, this will be deemed as a binding contract.
