About the application
There is something for everyone at this 3-day recreation event. Merchants offer a wide array of goods and services for your pleasure. Our unique food and drynk will tempt your taste buds. Our kids' Korner has fun activities and games. And if you or your wee ones are animal fans, the Greyhounds of the Royal Realm will keep them smiling!
Our da Vinci Day will teach the young ones (and adults) how things were made and done in the days before computers. Our "treasure map" will have you hunting around the shire for artisans who will share a bit about their skill set and introduce them to organizations that keep old traditions alive and bring you face-to-face with our sovereign King! Be sure to purchase a special knighting ceremony, complete with a handmade medallion and an official certificate for your lads and lasses.

Terms & Conditions
- To participate, all questions must be answered! Any information not submitted, including insurance documentation, AZ TPT or City of Show Low Business Permit numbers, and/or applicant's Driver's License information, will result in an automatic rejection.
- BOOTH SET-UPS/POP-UP KITCHENS MUST HAVE AT LEAST A BACK WALL.
- By submitting this application, you and your staff acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the rules and regulations of the event (see documents). Including, but not limited to:
- ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL & PARKING RULES
- NO VENDOR VEHICLES ON THE FIELD DURING HOURS OR WHILE THE PUBLIC IS ON GROUNDS
- NO VEHICLES PERMITTED ON THE FIELD ON SUNDAY UNTIL AFTER THE CLOSING TOAST & SECURITY HAS OPENED THE ACCESS GATE
- THE SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH OR SLOWER AT ALL TIMES
- ON-SITE CAMPING TENTS MUST FIT THE THEME OF THE EVENT

| Tent Camping Space | $15.00 | Non-refundable | Camping tents must be period/ theme-appropriate or completely concealed from public view by appropriate walls. |
| RV Camping | $15.00 | Non-refundable | Dry RV camping spaces are available in the unpaved area of the park's parking lot. |
| Guild Encampment (approximately 10x20) | $100.00 | Non-refundable | The area of use for pubic engagement by the guild/organization. On-site camping is an additional fee per tent/RV. |
