Centered & Sexy® invites you to join us for the Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Social, an indoor holiday shopping experience on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Emporium Events in Stonecrest, Georgia.

More than a holiday shopping event, this experience brings people, businesses, and community together through meaningful connections, festive moments, and shared experiences.

Guests will enjoy a diverse marketplace featuring entrepreneurs, artisans, makers, service providers, businesses, and brands while experiencing holiday music, signature refreshments, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to encourage conversation, connection, and community.

We're looking for vendors who are passionate about what they do and committed to creating a memorable experience for every guest. Whether you offer handcrafted goods, specialty products, professional services, or represent a brand you believe in, we welcome businesses that value quality, authenticity, and genuine connections.

Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up Experience

Vendor Participation Terms & Conditions
Please review the following information regarding vendor registration and participation in the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up Social taking place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Emporium Events, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse, Suite A, Stonecrest, GA 30038.

Vendor Registration & Payment
Vendor registration fees range from $100 to $125, depending on the option selected. Please do not submit an application unless you are prepared to submit payment immediately upon acceptance.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Upon acceptance, vendors will receive payment instructions. Vendor space is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been submitted, the fee cannot be refunded, credited, transferred to another vendor, transferred to another person or business, or applied toward a future Centered & Sexy® event.

Spaces cannot be held without payment, and partial payments are not accepted.

No refunds, credits, transfers, substitutions, or future event credits will be issued for vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal emergencies, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, changes in business circumstances, or any other reason the vendor is unable or chooses not to participate.

If a vendor is unable to attend, the vendor may not sell, give, assign, or otherwise transfer their space to another business or individual without prior written approval from Centered & Sexy®, LLC.

Vendor Categories
Each vendor space is limited to one business and one vendor category. The products or services listed on your application must accurately reflect what will be displayed and sold during the event.

Any significant changes to products, services, business name, or vendor category must be approved by Centered & Sexy®, LLC prior to the event.

Vendor Setup & Display
Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, table coverings, displays, and any materials needed for setup.

Vendors are encouraged to incorporate festive holiday décor into their displays to enhance the overall event atmosphere.

Glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, tacks, tape, or any materials that may damage venue property are strictly prohibited.

Any damage to the venue or excessive cleaning required as a result of a vendor's setup, activities, products, or materials may result in a $250 cleaning or repair fee assessed by Emporium Events, LLC. The vendor assumes full responsibility for such charges.

Marketing & Promotion
Centered & Sexy®, LLC will provide promotional graphics and marketing materials for vendors to use when promoting the event.

While event-wide marketing will be conducted by Centered & Sexy®, LLC, vendor participation includes a commitment to actively promote attendance through social media, email, word of mouth, and other available marketing channels.

Vendors are encouraged to accept collaboration requests whenever possible to assist with cross-promotion and maximize event visibility.

Load-In & Breakdown
Detailed load-in instructions and assigned arrival times will be provided during the week of the event.

Vendor spaces will be assigned upon arrival at check-in.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready to receive guests before the event begins at 1:00 PM.

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from event management.

The event concludes at 6:00 PM. Vendors will have until 7:00 PM to break down displays and remove all materials from the venue.

Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors are solely responsible for their products, services, displays, equipment, inventory, and personal property.

Each vendor is responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, tax documentation, or other requirements necessary to legally operate their business.

Centered & Sexy®, LLC and Emporium Events, LLC assume no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, damage, accidents, injuries, disputes, or claims arising from a vendor's participation in the event or the sale, distribution, demonstration, or use of products or services offered by vendors.

Event Changes & Cancellation
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, venue issues, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events, LLC, the event may be postponed or rescheduled.

If the event is rescheduled by Centered & Sexy®, LLC, vendor registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. This event-initiated transfer does not alter the general policy that vendor fees are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the event is canceled by Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events, LLC and is not rescheduled, vendor fees will be refunded in full.

Use of Event Name & Promotional Materials
Approved vendors are granted permission to use the event name and promotional materials associated with the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up Experience solely for purposes of promoting their participation in the event.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Participation
Centered & Sexy®, LLC reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel vendor participation if a vendor violates event policies, misrepresents their business, engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, fails to follow venue or event instructions, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the standards and expectations of the event.

Removal or revocation of participation due to a vendor's violation of these Terms & Conditions does not entitle the vendor to a refund, credit, transfer, or future event credit.

Agreement
By submitting an application and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable and non-transferable vendor fee policy.
