Centered & Sexy® invites you to Under the Autumn Sky, a fall-inspired shopping experience taking place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Emporium Events in Stonecrest.
Designed to celebrate the season and support small businesses, this indoor event features curated vendors, music, signature refreshments, and an atmosphere that encourages guests to shop, connect, and discover something new. From handmade goods and specialty products to professional services and unique finds, attendees can expect an enjoyable afternoon filled with great people and great shopping.
We welcome vendors who are passionate about their businesses and committed to providing attendees with quality products, outstanding service, and a positive experience.

Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky Pop-Up
Vendor Participation Terms & Conditions
Please review the following information regarding vendor registration and participation in the Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky Pop-Up taking place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Emporium Events, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse, Suite A, Stonecrest, GA 30038.
Vendor Registration & Payment
Vendor registration fees range from $100 to $125, depending on the option selected. Please do not submit an application unless you are prepared to submit payment immediately upon acceptance.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once approved, vendors will receive notification and payment instructions. Vendor space is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Spaces cannot be held without payment, and partial payments are not accepted. If payment is not received within the timeframe provided, the space may be released and offered to another vendor.
Vendor Categories
Each vendor space is limited to one business and one vendor category. The products or services listed on your application must accurately reflect what will be displayed and sold during the event. Any significant changes must be approved by Centered & Sexy®, LLC prior to the event.
Vendor Setup & Display
Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, table coverings, displays, and any materials needed for setup.
To enhance the overall event experience, vendors are encouraged to incorporate tasteful autumn-inspired décor into their displays. Glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, tacks, tape, or any materials that may damage venue property are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to the venue or excessive cleaning required as a result of a vendor's setup or activities may result in a $250 cleaning or repair fee assessed by Emporium Events, LLC. The vendor assumes full responsibility for such charges.
Marketing & Promotion
Centered & Sexy®, LLC will provide promotional graphics and marketing materials for vendors to use when promoting the event.
While event-wide marketing will be conducted by Centered & Sexy®, LLC, vendors are strongly encouraged to actively promote their participation and invite their customers, clients, followers, and supporters to attend. Vendors should also accept collaboration requests whenever possible to assist with cross-promotion and maximize event visibility.
Load-In & Breakdown
Detailed load-in instructions and assigned arrival times will be provided during the week of the event.
Vendor spaces will be assigned upon arrival at check-in.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to receive guests before the event begins at 1:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event management.
The event concludes at 5:00 PM. Vendors will have until 6:00 PM to break down displays and remove all materials from the venue.
Vendor Responsibility & Liability
Vendors are solely responsible for their products, services, displays, equipment, inventory, and personal property.
Each vendor is responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or tax documentation required to legally operate their business.
Centered & Sexy®, LLC and Emporium Events, LLC assume no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, damage, accidents, injuries, or claims arising from a vendor's participation in the event or the sale and use of products or services offered by vendors.
Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, acts of God, labor disputes, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events, LLC, the event may be postponed or rescheduled.
If the event is rescheduled, vendor fees will be transferred to the new event date.
If the event is canceled by Centered & Sexy®, LLC or Emporium Events, LLC and is not rescheduled, vendor fees will be refunded in full.
Use of Event Name & Promotional Materials
Approved vendors are granted limited permission to use the event name and promotional materials associated with the Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky Pop-Up solely for purposes of promoting their participation in the event.
Agreement
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
