Food Truck Application for JAN/FEB/MARCH/APRIL 2026

Welcome! Thank you for applying for the January - April 2026 In a Food Truck Down by the River hosted by LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC). 

Electronic Agreement: By selecting the booth dates, you validate and approve this agreement electronically.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The LDRC has recieved a special exception from the City of LaBelle allowing up to two (2) food trucks in Barron Park through May 31st, 2027

Schedule

• Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 
• Hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm 

Location: Barron Park.

For those who need to enter it in GPS, please use the LaBelle Gallery and Cultural Center address: 471 N. Lee Street, LaBelle, FL 33935.

FEES & PAYMENT

Application Fee: $25 

Daily Fee: $30 per day for each chosen date

Payment: Processed via Eventeny (Stripe) 

Weather: Markets may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather/conditions.

The $25 application fee will be charged upon approval of your application. In addition, a fee of $30 per day will be charged for all dates selected and approved by the LDRC. These daily participation fees will be processed in a single charge at the time of approval, based on the number of dates confirmed.

Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for weather-related delays, early closures, or cancellations. LDRC requires payment at the time of vendor approval.  

Important Notes: 

• Approval is first come, first served, with a maximum of two trucks per day.
• Trucks with the same cuisine will not be scheduled on the same day. 
• Dates may be unavailable due to other park functions. 
• Only self-contained food trucks are permitted (no tents, trailers, or carts) 

Required After Approval 

• Upload current DBPR License into Eventeny 
• Upload Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the following as additonally insured:
  • LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation

  • Hendry County
    P.O. Box 2340, LaBelle, FL 33975

• Sign the Vendor Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement (provided after acceptance.

Please note that LDRC reserves the right to refuse/revoke vendors for any reason at any time.

By applying to participate in Food Trucks by the River, I agree to the following: 

Fees & Refunds

• I understand that the $25 application fee is nonrefundable and does not guarantee a spot. 
• I understand that the $25 application fee will be charged upon approval of my application and also that the daily participation fees of $30 per day will be processed in a single charge at the time of approval, based on the number of dates confirmed by the LDRC.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 

Operating Rules

• I will park in the designated west side of the pavilion parking lot.
• I will not block pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
• I will limit signage to three (3) flags/signs.
• I will not connect to City of LaBelle utilities.
• I will not provide additional seating.
• I will not create excessive noise.
• I will never leave my food truck unattended.
• I will remove all trash, waste, and litter generated by my operations.

Compliance

• I will maintain all required permits and licenses, including a valid DBPR license which I will upload upon my approval. 
  I will maintain liability insurance as specified above and upload documentation before participating.
  I will sign the required Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement before participation.

Professional Conduct 

• I will treat LDRC staff, volunteers, patrons, and other vendors with respect.
• I understand that abusive language or behavior will result in immediate removal and termination of participation.

Liability Release

• I acknowledge that participation is at my own risk.
• I agree to release and hold harmless the LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation, the City of LaBelle, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation.
