We invite you to apply to the 34th Annual Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival at Rebec Vineyards on October 10th & 11th, 2026!
- It’s a GARLIC FESTIVAL! Please rack your brain and come up with Garlic-Themed Products and foods!
- Apply early to receive discounted pricing. See terms & conditions for more details.
- Direct manufactured/prepared merchandise, prepackaged consumables, resellers etc., at-home franchised products such as Tastefully Simple, Mary Kay, etc.
- Vendors receive 2 Vendor Passes for workers to enter the festival and have an opportunity to buy a glass at a discounted price ($5). There will be an opportunity to purchase more passes in this application. You will only be charged if your application is approved.

Prices
| Single booth | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Early Bird fee for Retail/Franchise Vendors is $200 per 10' x 10' space if application is submitted before June 1, 2026. After June 1st, the fee will be $250 per space. Additional contiguous 10’ x 10’ spaces are available on a first come, first-serve basis, at the stated rate for the vendor category. You must provide your own canopy unless you rent 10’ x 10’ canopy from us through this application. |
