Food Vendor Application

Immerse yourself in the soulful sounds of Blues at Between the Lakes Blues Festival on May 30th. We're creating an artist-driven community marketplace to support Blues music in the Lakeway Area. Whether you offer artisan food, fine art, up-cycled clothing, or music-related products, we welcome your application.

Early Bird pricing is now through May 02, 2026.
Application accepted after May 2nd will be subjected to an increased application fee ($25)

Deadline to apply is May 16th.

Check-in Dates & Times: Satruday, May 30, 8 am to 11 am

We move a large stage in our backyard Thursday night. Please use W 3rd N street to pull your tailers behind the stage and remove your personal vehichles from by 11 am.

Festival Hours: Saturday, May 30, 202612 am to 6 pm 
(All vendors should arrive no later than 10 am and be ready before 11:45 am)

Booth Size and Fee:

(Up to)10 x 10 = $100 (Tent) - After May 02 ($125)

(Up to)10 x 15 = $150 (Truck Trailer or Tent) - After May 02 ($175)

(Up to)10 x 30 = $200 (Truck Trailer or Tent) - After May 02 ($225)

Over 10 x 30+ = $250 (Truck Trailer or Tent) - After May 02 ($275)

Food and Beverage Vendors: Outdoor only

Insurance: All food vendors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage and name Rose Center as additional insured. Please submit proof of insurance with this application. 

Menu: Be sure to upload an itemized list of ALL the food and beverages you plan to sell, with menu prices. To ensure a variety, attempts will be made not to duplicate MAIN menu items. All vendors can offer fries, hot dogs, and beverages. The menu must be pre-approved.

Electricity: Generators are not permitted. The vendor must provide all extension cords, heavy-duty type, please. If you'd like, ONE 110 outlet per booth (20 amps or 2400 watts) will be supplied. Please check your appliances for exact wattage and tell us how many amps you need. Extra power may be requested but is limited. Please call first to confirm that we can provide the power you need.

The following are the charges for extra power:

IF AVAILABLE: Extra 20 amp outlet $15 One 30 amp breaker $20 One 50 amp breaker $30 (these have 3-prong plugs; the vendor must provide an adapter if necessary)

20 amp = $15

30 amp= $20

50 amp= $30 

Cancellation Policy: There will be a processing fee of $10 subtracted from all refunds for processing. Funds will be returned in the same way that they are paid.

60 days before the event: 50% refund less $10 processing fee

30-60 days before the event: 25% refund less $10 processing fee

30 days or less before the event: No Refund

Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING in the building during the festival. 

Parking: We have several free public lots around Jackson St, Henry Street, Farmers Market, and side street parking.
