About the event

Come join us for a delicious event over four years in the making! On March 14th, come join us for a Pi-Day adventure unlike any other! Join us for our first ever Geek and Grub PI-K, a whimsical 3.14-kilometer stroll celebrating all things pie. Participants follow a clearly marked 3.14 km route featuring multiple themed pie-tasting stops, from classic fruit pies to savory bites, decadent specialty minis, and even nerdy π-shaped treats. Walk, wander, and snack your way through each stop at your own pace. When you cross the 3.14 KM finish line, the real fun begins! Our Pi-Day After-Party features music, food vendors, pie competitions, a Pi digit recitation challenge, and a pie-eating contest. Whether you're a runner, a walker, a foodie, a family, a math geek, or simply someone who believes pie > running… our PI-K is the event for you. Come walk a circle. Eat a circle. Celebrate Pi Day your way!

All Vendors Are Required to Sign a Vendor Agreement at the End of This Application. All Events are Rain or Shine. No Refunds Will Be Given.

Prices

Half Day 10x10 Vendor Space (Pi-K Walk) $75.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Booth Space. Vending Period during Pi-K Walk from 9am to 1pm.
Half Day 10x10 Vendor Space (After Party) $85.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Booth Space. Vending Hours 1pm to 5pm during After Party.
Full Day 10x10 Booth Space $125.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Booth Space. Vending Period includes Pi-K Walk and Afterparty. Vending Hours 9am to 5pm.
Food Truck $200.00 Non-refundable 30ft Food Truck Space. No Power or Water Provided. Quiet Generators Only.
