We invite you to apply to the 34th Annual Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival at Rebec Vineyards on October 10th & 11th, 2026!
- It’s a GARLIC FESTIVAL! Please rack your brain and come up with Garlic-Themed Products and foods!
- Apply early to receive discounted pricing. See terms & conditions for more details.
- Foods prepared onsite for consumption. A full menu, including a garlic themed item, must be included with application. All Food Vendors must accept Food Vouchers. See Terms and Conditions for insurance and health department permit requirements, and new menu requirements. Only a limited number of food vendors will be accepted! Food vendors are required to serve at least one garlic themed item (cooked with freshly cooked garlic). Submit details with application. Applications without a garlic item will be denied.

Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE VIRGINIA WINE & GARLIC FESTIVAL
1. Insurance Certificate: Wineries, Food Vendors, and Packaged/Retail Foods Vendors must provide Rebec with a liability insurance coverage certificate evidencing coverage of $1,000,000 naming “The Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival, Rebec Vineyards Inc. its officers, owners, employees, and volunteers”, as co-insured.
2. Rebec Vineyards reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
3. There are NO “exclusive” arrangements explicit or implied. Rebec strives to keep product duplication to a minimum.
4. To protect the interests of you, our loyal vendors, we will not allow sponsors to give away free consumable samples.
5. Food Vendors: To encourage food purchases, NO FUNNEL CAKE SALES are allowed.
6. Fees are not refundable in the event of vendor cancellation.
7. THE FESTIVAL WILL OCCUR RAIN OR SHINE! Fees are not refundable in the event of inclement weather.
8. No vendor may sublet space to another vendor/exhibitor.
9. We reserve the right to revoke the license granted by this contract at any time including at the festival by refunding the space fees paid by the Exhibitor (no fees will be refunded in the event of alcoholic beverage policy violation). Rebec Vineyards will not be liable for any travel expenses, lost revenue, or any other liability whatsoever beyond the space fees paid by the Exhibitor because of enforcing this provision.
10. Vendor vehicles MUST be parked in designated off-site lots.
11. This agreement is a contract which shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Virginia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of such a State.
12. Rebec Vineyards reserves the right to change the festival layout and assigned exhibitor/vendor locations in any way to best produce this event.
13. In the event of litigation relating to this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney fees and all costs relating to that litigation.
14. Each vendor will be responsible for his/her property. Rebec Vineyards, Inc. or The Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss for any reason.
15. Special requests are not guaranteed, but we will make a ”BEST EFFORT” to honor them.
16. Food vendors MUST provide a full menu list.
17. Food vendors will need an Amherst County Health Department Permit. Phone: (434)-946-9408
18. All Food Vendors must accept FOOD VOUCHERS for Garlic Festival Volunteers and Staff. Vouchers are valid for $12.00 worth of purchases and Food Vendors will be reimbursed the full $12.00 per voucher accepted after the festival. ONLY ONE VOUCHER IS ALLOWED PER PERSON! Do not accept a second voucher from the same person.
19. All vendors must operate on premises during both Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm.
20. Tables and chairs are not provided.
21. Submit your application by June 1, 2026, to receive discounted pricing. All accepted applicants will be notified via email. We will send detailed festival information to accepted vendors by Sep. 30, 2026.
22. No pets are allowed on the festival grounds.
23. Food vendors are required to serve at least one garlic themed item. (Cooked with freshly cut up garlic). Submit details with application. Applications without a garlic themed item will be denied.
Prices
| Single Space | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep with an open back for any equipment. Food vendor early bird fee is $400 if you apply before June 1, 2026. If you apply after June 1st, vendor fee will be $450. |
| 12-18 ft. Trailer | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Food Vendor Early Bird fee is $400 for a 12-18 ft. trailer if you apply before June 1, 2026. After June 1st, the fee will be $450 after your application is approved. |
| 18-25 ft. Trailer | $600.00 | Non-refundable | Food Vendor Early Bird fee is $600 for a 18-25 ft. trailer if you apply before June 1, 2026. After June 1, 2026, the fee will be $650 if your application is approved. |
| 25-35 ft. Trailer | $800.00 | Non-refundable | Food Vendor Early Bird fee is $800 for a 25-35 ft. trailer if you apply before June 1, 2026. After June 1st, 2026, the fee will be $850 if your application is approved. |
