Please complete all sections of the application, ensuring accuracy for the opportunity to secure your spot. Applications are subject to review and approval by the Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AN APPLICATION FOR SPACE ONLY, AND IS NOT A COMMITMENT BY THE OREGON STATE FAIR AND EXPOSITION CENTER TO RENT SPACE TO ME. I CERTIFY ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS APPLICATION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.
By my signature on this application, should I be assigned a Food Concessionaire Space:
· I AGREE that I, EXHIBITOR/VENDOR/CONCESSIONAIRE remain responsible for complying with the OSFEC rules, policies, and regulations, as currently drafted. OSFEC has the right to amend from time to time.
· I AGREE to hold harmless and release from liability the Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center from all claims for loss or damage of any nature caused by me or my exhibit.
· I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of harm to me or my exhibit, including harm resulting from the negligence of other exhibitors or visitors.
· I AGREE to indemnify (to pay any losses, damages, or costs, including legal costs incurred by) The Oregon State Fair and Exposition Center and to hold them harmless concerning claims for harm to me or my exhibit and for claims made by others for any harm caused by me or my exhibit while at 2025 Oregon State Fair.
