2026 Sienna Run for the Rose 5K - Business Partner Application

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT.

This application includes business partners in categories such as gyms, home services, clothing, jewelry, art,  cottage vendors/bakeries (non-temperature controlled), home décor, furniture, children's toys, and other consumer goods that do not include the sale of open food/beverages. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries.

Please fill out the business partner application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account. Payment will be requested by Eventeny once your booth space has been selected. Prices will vary. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event.

IMPORTANT TO READ: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full. This is an electronic agreement and by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

NOTE:  SBG Hospitality will not provide water or electricity.  

BUSINESS PARTNER FEES - All business partners must pay the assigned fee in advance in order for space to be confirmed. No business partners will be granted access to the event grounds or pre-event communications without a paid invoice on file. SPACE IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Business Partners with unpaid invoices will not be granted entrance to the event grounds. 

BOOTH SPACE - Business Partners have a 10' x 10' space for activation and need to provide their OWN 10' x 10' tent, chair(s), and table. Tents are required to have 25lb weights on each leg. Business Partners may be required to take down unweighted tents as directed by SBG Hospitality staff. 

EVENT DURATION - All Business Partners are required to remain set up and in place for the duration of the event in order to provide a consistently high-quality experience for our patrons. Business Partners may NOT depart the event prior to the conclusion without direction from SBG Hospitality management staff. 

ELECTRICITY AND WATER - Unless specifically noted in pre-event communications, electricity, and water will NOT be available for Business Partners. Generators will not be permitted without prior written permission from SBG Hospitality management staff. 

TRASH - All Business Partners are responsible for cleaning their own immediate area at the conclusion of the event. All liquid or solid waste must be disposed of properly and may not be left at the venue. Violation of this policy may result in a $250 fine, barring from future events, or prohibition from entering the event grounds on the next confirmed event date without issuance of a refund or credit transfer. 

BUSINESS PARTNER REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Event Status: All SBG Hospitality events are rain-or-shine. Events will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise canceled or postponed by SBG Hospitality due to extreme or unsafe conditions.

Business Partner-Initiated Cancellation: No refunds or credit transfers will be issued for Business Partner cancellations, regardless of reason. Business Partners who cancel forfeit their booth fee and any associated costs. This policy ensures fairness to all Business Partners and supports the operational costs of hosting the event.

Event Cancellation by SBG Hospitality: In the rare event that SBG Hospitality cancels an event (e.g., due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances), Business Partners will be offered one of the following options: Full refund of booth fees, OR Credit transfer to a future SBG Hospitality event within the 2026 event season.

Business Partners Responsibilities: Business Partners are responsible for ensuring their availability before applying. Booth fees are considered a commitment to participate and are non-refundable once accepted. Business Partners are encouraged to purchase event insurance to cover unexpected personal or business emergencies.

Exceptions: Refunds or credits will not be issued for Business Partners illness, staffing shortages, or personal emergencies, Business Partner dissatisfaction with event turnout, sales, or weather conditions, or any exceptions beyond this policy are at the sole discretion of SBG Hospitality management.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS, for myself, my guests, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release SBG Hospitality LLC, all SBG-affiliated event venues, all SBG-affiliated City government agencies, all affiliated sponsors, and business partners, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, my booth space may be changed. I authorize SBG Hospitality to photograph or take video footage of me and my property in connection with the events selected in this application. I authorize the use of any such photographic and video footage of me for all marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, the following mediums: Web content, print ads, social media marketing, etc. I understand that this application does not constitute confirmation of business partner space and that only payment of a business partner invoice may confirm booth space. Without receipt of payment, no booth space will be provided to me. I authorize SBG Hospitality to use my information to send me information via email and SMS. The digital signature of this application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to the terms listed hereof once payment is received. Business Partners will be confirmed once payment is received.
