NOTE #1: You MAY offer a Viking Age food item. Multiple vendors sold out repeatedly last year of their Viking Age food items. If you are interested in this, let us know and we have historians who will work with you on recipes. These items will also be advertised and promoted. Please note that not all food and beverage types can be made Viking Age. More info about this below.
NOTE #2: We charge 20% of gross sales. There is a deposit that is required to hold your spot. There is also a charge for electricity. PLEASE confirm the amperage and number of connections you need.
NOTE #3: No beverage sales are allowed unless you are a beverage only vendor (coffee, lemonade, etc).
NOTE #4: Generators are NOT permitted on festival grounds.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the space, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Prices
| Electrical Access - this is PER dedicated circuit required | $200.00 | Non-refundable | This is the charge for electrical. It covers both weekends. You must purchase one of these for each dedicated electrical circuit you need. |
| Deposit | $300.00 | Non-refundable | You will be charged 20% of gross sales. This is a deposit to hold your space. It will be refunded as part of the 2nd weekend payment your make to Viking Fest Minnesota. It will only be refunded if you attend all four days and stay staffed for all open hours. |
