2026 Spokane Garden Expo FOOD VENDOR Application

Welcome to the Spokane Garden Expo online FOOD Application!

We are making the food a separate application due to the large amount of applications for booths and the need to separately send food information into the Spokane Regional Health District.

If you are selling food from a vendor booth with plants, crafts, etc please fill this out in addition to your vendor booth so we can communicate clearly with the SRHD what food items you are selling. You will only be charged for the craft/plant booth.

Food Categories - 
FARMERS-This would include such items as fruits, vegetables, plants, cut flowers, honey, milk, meats, eggs. It may also include such items as jams, cider, salsa and vinegar's (providing the essential ingredients of these items were grown and harvested directly by the vendor).

PROCESSORS - This would include such items as baked goods, jams, sauces, wines, beer, fish. Must possess and maintain all required Washington State license, Spokane County Health Department permits.

PREPARED FOOD VENDORS (food trucks) - Concessionaires offering freshly made foods, available for sale and immediate consumption at the market.

Please fill out all of the information requested. If you don't have a logo please upload a photo of your product or your booth.

Make sure you submit photos, logos and a brief description of your business. This information will be used for social media posts and a website page highlighting vendors at the Expo.

The completed application constitutes a binding agreement between the parties and is subject to approval by the show management.

You will fill out the application. Once accepted to the expo an invoice will be emailed to you.  You send the check into Spokane Garden Expo, PO Box 101, Spokane Valley, WA 99016. 

Process:

1) Fill out the application.

2) When the Garden Expo staff approves your applicationan invoice will be emailed to you. 

3) Send check to: Spokane Garden Expo, PO Box 101, Spokane Valley, WA 99016. 

You will be required to sign/acknowledge the waiver statement.

There is a document you should download with all of the event details, set-up, move-out, etc.
