Vendor Application Overview
Thank you for your interest in Hometown Market Days Co.! This brief guide will help you prepare for the application process. HMD is a juried and vendors are selected based on product quality, originality, and overall fit. We accept a variety of categories, including handmade goods, boutique items, home décor, art, jewelry, specialty foods, vintage, bath and body products, and approved food vendors.

During the application, you’ll provide product details, photos, and select your category so we can place you appropriately within the event. Accepted vendors will receive instructions for setup, parking, event protocol, and breakdown. All vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event and follow posted rules and regulations.

Food vendors must meet all required food-handling guidelines. Parking, loading/unloading areas, and booth setup details will be shared prior to the event to ensure a smooth experience.

About the event

Hometown Market Days Co. is a trendy craft show featuring boutiques, handmade items, vintage finds, treats, and more all from small businesses. It was originally founded as Branson Market Days in Branson, Missouri, in 2016 and has since expanded to include events in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Hometown Market Days Co. – Terms & Conditions
Hometown Market Days Co. is a curated, juried market showcasing high-quality, unique, and original vendors. We carefully select participants based on product quality, price point, originality, and overall fit for our market atmosphere. Once accepted, an invoice is sent, and payment secures your spot in the lineup.

To enhance the guest experience, each vendor is required to contribute a WOW-value door prize, which must be turned in at check-in. Vendors are also encouraged to participate in our guest SWAG bags by providing five (5) small, fun items that highlight their brand. These bags are distributed to the first 50 shoppers—25 each day—and help generate early excitement and attendance.

Hometown Market Days Co. maintains a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Alcohol is not permitted, and personal music or sound systems may not be used inside vendor booths. We also appreciate vendors supporting the event by following and sharing our content on social media.

All vendors must remain open and active throughout the entire event. Early packing or leaving disrupts the guest experience and will result in ineligibility for future shows. By participating, vendors grant the promoter permission to photograph booths and products for promotional use, as well as to display vendor names and provide information as needed.

Each vendor receives two vendor bracelets, which must be worn (not carried around)  for free entry and shown at the gate during the event. Additional helpers are welcome during setup and only after hours. Subletting or sharing booth space requires written approval, and shared spaces include a minimum $50 fee. Any additional vendor sharing space must complete and be approved through a separate application.

The promoter is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property, nor for cancellations or changes due to Acts of God. All payments are final and nonrefundable. Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax.

By submitting an application and checking “YES,” below that you have read this, vendors acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and that they agree to follow all terms and conditions while participating in Hometown Market Days Co.

Prices

10x10 Booth $250.00 Non-refundable 1-10x10 booth. Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop are required and provided by the vendor. NO overstock and/or bins may be visible. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 2 weeks to pay for the booth space to hold it--be mindful of the due date. :)
10x20 Booth $500.00 Non-refundable 1-10x20 Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop are required and provided by the vendor. NO overstock and/or bins may be visible. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 2 weeks to pay for the booth space to hold it--be mindful of the due date. :)
10x30 Booth $700.00 Non-refundable 1-10x30 booth. When three or more booths are rented, a 20% discount is applied to the 3rd booth. Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop are required and provided by the vendor. NO overstock and/or bins may be visible. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 2 weeks to pay for the booth space to hold it--be mindful of the due date. :)
10x40 Booth $900.00 Non-refundable 1-10x40 When three or more booths are rented, a 20% discount is applied to the 3rd booth. Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop are required and provided by the vendor. NO overstock and/or bins may be visible. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 2 weeks to pay for the booth space to hold it--be mindful of the due date. :)
10x50 $1,100.00 Non-refundable -10x50 booth. When three or more booths are rented, a 20% discount is applied to the 3rd booth. Wall, tent, trailer, and/or cute backdrop are required and provided by the vendor. NO overstock and/or bins may be visible. Once the invoice has been sent, you have 2 weeks to pay for the booth space to hold it--be mindful of the due date. :)
20x30 Booth $1,100.00 Non-refundable 1-20x30 Booth-When three or more booths are rented, a 20% discount is applied to the 3rd booth. Electricity $75.00 Non-refundable Please note that electricity is provided through the convention center only. If you choose to add on electricity the week of the event, the fee is $100. WE recommend battery-operated lights and battery packs. :)
Wifi $10.00 Non-refundable Any additions made on-site during the show will incur a fee of $25.00
