Terms & Conditions
- Please see and sign the attached PDF for Rules and Regulations.
- You must have your booth set up before 10 AM Saturday morning.
- If you need to leave early you will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.
- Ensure you pick up your trash daily and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $20 at the end of the Festival when we are cleaning and we see any personal trash items in your booth space.
- If your business address is located in Palm Springs, you will need to submit a copy of your City of Palm Springs Business License. If your business address is outside of Palm Springs, you are required to obtain a Temporary Seller's Permit. There is no charge for this permit.

Prices
| Insurance for Sales Vendor | $120.00 | You may use your own policy or purchase an Endorsement from GPSP’s event insurance carrier. GPSP makes efforts to provide an affordable insurance option for those who do not have an annual policy and are capable of naming GPSP as additional insured. We strongly encourage you to use your own broker. This item is available if you don't have another way to provide insurance. |

- 11. I hereby certify that I will be open and present at my booth during all advertised hours during the days I choose at Palm Springs Pride. I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Palm Springs Pride staff and understand that failure to do so can result in immediate expulsion. I will have no illegal substances or weapons on my person or in my booth or vehicle during the festival. I also understand and agree that Palm Springs Pride reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any vendor for any reason.

- 18. Seller's Permits: Is your business located in the City of Palm Springs? If the answer is Yes, email a copy of your valid Palm Springs Business License to exhibitor@pspride.org. If the answer is no, please obtain and email a copy of your Temporary Seller's Permit to exhibitor@pspride.org. Refer to the Sample Temporary Seller's Permit instructions above for information. Additionally, please note that Temporary Seller's Permits will not be available for Palm Springs Pride exhibitors until August 8th.
