About the application

Vendors may include businesses who wish to come to the park to promote their business. Sponsorships are also available and may include banner placements, reserved seating, logo placement, tents, tables and chairs and other perks. Contact Amy for more details (adoherty@suwanee.com). This fee is JUST grass space at the event. Vendor must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Vendors set up time is 4 pm. Vendor hours are 6 pm until 9:30 pm.

About the event

The Suwanee Summer Porch Jam was started as part of Make Music Day — an international celebration of music! Launched in 1982 in France, it is held on the Summer Solstice every year in more than 750 cities in 120 countries. Suwanee decided to move our event and keep it on the Friday before the Summer Solstice each year. Summer Porch Jam will have the feel of an old-fashioned summer block party. Featuring food trucks and beer and wine, musicians will be playing outdoors at multiple venues throughout Old Town Suwanee. Bring a chair or blanket and stroll from venue to venue, enjoying a variety of musicians! Parking is available at Town Center and a shuttle departs from the library AND Town Center Park to one of 4 stops along the way. Venues include Huthmakers, The Everett's Music Barn, Mayor Burnette's porch, Kim Porch, Burnette Rogers Pavilion and other porches in the Old Town area! Event is free and so is the trolley! Come join us for music, food and fun as you stroll though our old town area!

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-profit booth $75.00 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501C3 group to participate at the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Business or Retail booth $200.00 Non-refundable Commercial businesses or retail business booths who are providing their own tent, table and chairs. Fee is per 10 foot by 10 foot space.
Application fees $10.00 Non-refundable Fee to submit application for approval. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be notified in a timely manor of acceptance.
Business sponsor with activation benefits $500.00 Non-refundable Business booth with tents, tables and chairs provided. Banner placement at stage, stage mentions, judge at lantern contest, social media mentions.
