We’re excited to welcome a curated selection of artists, creators, and small businesses to be part of the Baton Rouge Fantasy Ball experience. If your work brings magic, creativity, or immersive energy to an event space, we’d love to learn more about you.
Please complete the vendor application below so we can get to know your business, your offerings, and how you envision contributing to the atmosphere of the Ball. Selected vendors will be contacted with next steps, setup details, and event guidelines.

Prices
| Single booth | $100.00 | One 8ft table will be provided; however, availability is limited. Booth size and placement will be determined based on the overall layout and variety of vendors once all applications are received. We’ll follow up with specific details after review. Please note: Refunds will only be issued in the event of full event cancellation. |
