ACCOMMODATIONS
Please submit your accommodation requests here. All requests are first come, first served.
You may return and update your selections at any time until your application is marked “Approved” (April). After that, any changes must be requested via Eventeny message or by emailing FWIBF@firestonewalker.com.
Confirmed property selections and confirmation numbers will be communicated to you here in the portal in April. Some properties may require a credit card authorization form for additional rooms or nights.
HOTEL ROOMS
Room preferences are first come, first served. Breweries are responsible for additional nights and incidental charges.
• CA Breweries: Access to discounted room blocks
• U.S. Breweries (outside CA): One room covered (Friday & Saturday) + access to discounted blocks for additional rooms
• International Breweries: One room covered (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) + access to discounted blocks
BREWER CAMPGROUND
All Access badge required.
This is the epicenter of the weekend — breakfast both days, late-night bites, the after party, and plenty of hangs. Feel free to bring beer to share (package preferred).
Opens NOON FRIDAY, MAY 29 - Must be vacated by NOON SUNDAY, MAY 31
• One RV space per brewery (additional space not guaranteed). Message or email us if interested in more RV spots.
• Power hookups for confirmed RVs; limited water hookups
• Bathrooms and some showers onsite
• Tent and car camping permitted - Vehicles may not leave until 8 AM Sunday once placed

- On the next page, you'll select your desired quantity of brewer passes. Each brewery will recieve up to 4 complimentary All Access Brewer Passes, and can purchase up to 2 additional for $200 each.
