We’re bringing together the best local flavors to feed the fandom! Zimmad Events welcomes food vendors who can help us serve up something special for thousands of attendees coming to celebrate anime, gaming, cosplay, and pop culture.

Whether you’re a seasoned food truck, a local favorite, or a first-time con partner, this is your chance to get your brand in front of a hungry, high-energy crowd. From classic comfort food to themed treats, we’re looking for variety, creativity, and professionalism.

POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility:

All food vendors must hold valid permits and insurance meeting venue and local health department standards.

Setup & Teardown:

Setup times will be provided in advance. Vendors must be ready to serve at event opening.
Early teardown or late arrivals may affect eligibility for future shows.
Utilities:
Electricity and water access are limited and must be requested in advance. Generators must meet venue noise and safety requirements.

Waste & Cleanliness:
Keep your area clean and dispose of all waste properly. Violations may result in removal from the event grounds.

Food Sales:
Vendors are responsible for all pricing, sales, and applicable taxes.

Conduct:
Staff must remain professional and courteous. Vendors represent both their brand and Zimmad Events.

Liability:

Zimmad Events and venue management are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of property, nor for injuries sustained during setup, event hours, or teardown.

Insurance:

Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Zimmad Events and the event venue as additional insured parties.

Compliance:

 Vendors must follow all venue, city, and state regulations, including fire, food handling, and health codes.

Termination:

 Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal without refund.
