Looking for a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell your products to a large and diverse audience? Apply to be a vendor at the Middletown Family Fun Festival & Craft Show, one of Louisville, Kentucky’s premier community events! The festival draws thousands of visitors each year, who come to enjoy carnival rides, games, live music, and more.

Vendor Opportunities Include:

Booth spaces: 10x10 or 10x20

Food truck spaces

Electricity: Available on a limited basis for an additional fee (only in Section 100)

Important Information:

Please review the festival map and select the section where you would like to be located. Contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

Photos of products submitted by accepted applicants may be used on the festival website and social media.

Event photos may also be used for future marketing and communications.

This application is for vendors selling any snacks or beverages, including prepackaged goods or freshly made items. Vendors whose products require health, fire, or ABC inspections are not eligible.

We can’t wait to welcome you and your treats to the festival for a weekend of fun and community!

We do not accept applications from professional services (i.e. home improvement, realtors, insurance,
etc.) unless you are a member of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce.

We do not accept applications from any vendor selling or sampling alcohol. This is an alcohol-free event.

By submitting an application to participate as a vendor at the Middletown Family Fun Festival & Craft Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Vendor Eligibility

This application is for vendors selling snacks or beverages, including prepackaged or freshly made items.
Vendors whose products require health, fire, or ABC inspections are not eligible.

Booth & Space Assignment

Booth spaces are available in 10x10 or 10x20 sizes. Food truck spaces are also available.

Electricity is limited and available for an additional fee only in Section 100.

Vendors must review the festival map and indicate their preferred section; final placement is at the discretion of festival management.

Product Images & Marketing

Photos of products submitted with applications may be used on the festival website and social media.

Event photos taken during the festival may also be used for promotional purposes.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for providing all display furnishings (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) and for the security of their own products.

Vendors must maintain a clean space and properly dispose of all trash; failure to do so may affect eligibility for 

future events.

General Policies

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance will be confirmed by festival management.

All vendors must comply with festival rules, policies, and local regulations.

Festival management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding vendor placement, product eligibility, and event conduct.
