Friday September 11 from 5pm-9pm and Saturday September 12 from 10am-9pm
Are you looking for a great opportunity to showcase and sell your products to a large and diverse audience? If so, you should apply to be a vendor at the Middletown Family Fun Festival and Craft Show, the premier community event in Louisville, Kentucky. The festival attracts thousands of visitors every year, who come to enjoy the carnival rides, games, live music, and more. As a vendor, you will have access to a 10x10 or 10x20 booth space or a food truck space, electricity available on a limited basis for an additional fee and only in section 100.

Photos of products submitted by accepted applicants may be used on the festival website and social media. Photos will also be taken at the festival and may be used for future communications and marketing.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
We do not accept applications from professional services (i.e. home improvement, realtors, insurance,
etc.) unless you are a member of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce.

By applying to participate in the Middletown Family Fun Festival, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Eligibility
This is an alcohol-free event. Applications from vendors selling or sampling alcohol will not be accepted.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and be able to provide proof of insurance if requested.
2. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in any booth: knives, guns, sprays, stun guns, weapon-related items, potions, obscene or X-rated material, silly string, graffiti-type foam, drug paraphernalia, or any items depicting drugs or drug use.
3. Setup & Operation
Vendors are expected to arrive on time and follow designated load-in times and routes to ensure smooth setup.
All vehicles must unload quickly and move to designated parking areas before beginning booth setup.
Vendors must be fully set up and ready at least 30 minutes before the festival opens.
Booths must remain open for the entire duration of the event.
4. Booth Requirements
Tent weights are required for all outdoor setups for safety.
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, display equipment, and signage unless otherwise arranged with festival management.
Electricity is only available in Section 100 for an additional fee and is limited.
5. Food Vendors
Vendors selling prepackaged food may register through the standard booth registration portal.

All food vendors are responsible for contacting the Health Department and obtaining all necessary permits.
6. Equipment & Safety
Generator use must be approved by festival management. Only inverter generators up to 70 dB are allowed.
Vendors must provide their own extension cords and use cord covers to prevent trip hazards.
Vendors are responsible for their own point-of-sale systems, backup charging devices, and collection of applicable sales tax.
7. Photography & Marketing
Photos of products submitted by accepted vendors may be used on the festival website and social media. Photos taken during the event may be used for future communications and marketing.
8. Compliance & Contact
Vendors are responsible for following all rules and regulations outlined in these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future festivals.
