If it's nautical, you'll find it here - all types of boating equipment, fishing gear, nautical antiques and artwork, scuba gear, beach attire, boat shoes, jewelry, motors, anchors, tackle, hard to find parts and manufacturer close-outs! Tons of vendors will be selling new and used gear at great prices! Looking for a new, or new to you, boat? Local dealers and private sellers will be on site ready to make a deal on new and used boats, motors, trailers and jet-ski's. No pets allowed on the event field

About the registration

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2022 Madeira Beach Nautical Flea Market. The event will be held on September 17-18,2022. The event will be held at ROC Park 200 Rex Place Madeira Beach, FL.
Please complete this application below to apply for vendor booth space at the event.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by applying you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Event Guidelines:
1.Vendors must sell marine or nautical related goods or services. *No Exceptions* We reserve the right to restrict the type & number of vendors, and select vendors who meet the best interest of the event. Vendor spaces are 10'x10' You can also apply for a 10'x20' booth.
2. Once approved as a vendor, booth fees need to be paid by August 26,2022. Vendor booth fees are non-refundable.
3.Madeira Beach Nautical Flea Market is held rain or shine. There will be no refunds for failure to show, inclement weather, cancellation, or any other reason.
4.Space assignments and setup times will be sent through Eventeny, upon approval of application.
5.The City of Madeira Beach and the Madeira Beach Nautical Flea Market Committee reserve the right to move, discontinue, or limit the participation of any approved applicant at any time.6.Booth Spaces will be approximately 10’x10’ or 10’x20’. Only one vendor per space, NO subletting or sharing of space allowed.
7.Spaces larger than 10’x20’ will require approval by the City of Madeira Beach and the Madeira Beach Nautical Flea Market event committee.
8.Vendors must provide their own commercial grade canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, display, and any other items necessary for their setup.
9.All of the vendor’s equipment and materials, must fit within their designated booth space and be constructed to withstand inclement weather.
10.Canopies must be weighted on all four corners. 30lb or more weight per leg. Vendor is responsible for any and all damages caused by your canopy. This is strictly enforced
11.Canopies must have an attached label or tag to prove it was manufactured with flame retardant material.
12.The area around your booth must be kept clean and free of debris at all times. The area around your booth must be cleaned each evening upon closing.
13.You may only operate during event hours. (Saturday September 17th,2022 9:00AM-6:00PM & Sunday September 18th,2022 9:00AM-6:00PM)
14.You must accept the assigned booth location for the event.
15.You may not use any public address system or sound amplifiers of any kind.
16.The City of Madeira Beach and/or its designee reserves the right to close any vendor who does not comply with all event rules and regulations throughout the event.
 
Setup and Break Down Information
1.Unauthorized vehicular traffic inside the barricaded area during event hours is strictly prohibited. Violators may be issued a citation by local law enforcement and participation in the event will be discontinued.
2.SET UP: Unload your product at your assigned booth space and immediately move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area before you begin your set up.
3.BREAK DOWN: No early break down. All vendors must remain for the duration of the event. When the event is officially over, break down your display and pack your booth before bringing your vehicle inside the event footprint. For the safety of the general public, be sure an all clear for vendor pack up has been given before proceeding beyond the event barricades.
4.Vendor parking will be available offsite for FREE. Location will be included within the email regarding space assignments.
 
*Enforcement of these terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of the City of Madeira Beach.
 
*The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to make final interpretation of all event rules.*

Terms & Conditions

1.Only those products directly related to the design, construction, repair, maintenance and/or use of recreational boats and the marine/nautical industry shall be displayed by Vendor. Vendor shall remove items and/or displays not in compliance with this application.
2. Electricity, water and internet services are not available within the Nautical Flea Market. Whisper generators are allowed.
3. NO pets are permitted in the Nautical Flea Market.
4. Nautical Flea Market Event is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given.
5. Clean Up: Vendor is obligated to clean up their allocated space and removed any and all articles placed on the ground, waste products, merchandise and debris from such area. Oil and fuel containers must be disposed of properly. Vendors must vacate space by 9 pm on Sunday, September 18th. Event Committee reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee to vendors that do not comply.
6.No vendor may sell or giveaway any food or beverage items without prior written consent by the Event Committee.
7. Vendors & guests are not allowed to bring beer or alcoholic products; all coolers & bags are subject to inspection.
 
RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: The undersigned in consideration of the Nautical Flea Market and the City of Madeira Beach providing us with space for sale of our various nautical goods, and other valuable consideration, do hereby release the Nautical Flea Market, the City of Madeira Beach, and any other of their members, employees, agents, or volunteers from any liability for the loss or damage of work, personal injuries or property damage. Further in consideration of the above, the undersigned does hold harmless and agree to indemnify the Nautical Flea Market, the City of Madeira Beach and any of their members, employees, agents, or volunteers for any damages, attorney fees, or costs for any legal actions resulting from any claim made in which they, their members, employees, agents, or volunteers are made parties defendant. The release and indemnification agreement applies for the duration of the Nautical Flea Market scheduled for the 16th through the 17th day of September 2022, and to any claims made within the application statute of limitations for loss occurring during that period of time. By applying for this event you agree to the terms and conditions of the Madeira Beach Nautical Flea Market.

10x10 Booth $100 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
10x20 Booth $200 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
