EMPLOYER REGISTRATION: Indy Pride Career Fair
About the application
We're excited to announce the return of the Indy Pride Career Fair! This event will be held Saturday, January 24th at The Amp at 16 Tech from 4:00PM - 8:00 PM!
All new this year: Options for Workshops, Onsite Interviews, and Speaking slot add-on!
This event is absolutely FREE and open to EVERYONE - not just the LGBTQ+ community! If you want to work for an employer that values diversity and inclusion, this is the place for you! Please RSVP to add the details to your calendar!
Your Registration includes:
- One (1) 6' or 8' Table
- Two (2) Chairs
- Free Parking
- Company Name and a link to your careers page will appear on our online attendee registration pages.
- Complimentary waters and snacks.
- Promotion of inclusion initiatives on social media as they pertain to LGBTQ+ community members. (These must be sent to marketing@indypride.org.)
Please bring your own tablecloth! Set-up will begin at 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are suggested to stay until 8:00 PM, but may tear-down at their discretion.

All sections of the application must be completed in order to be approved. Please note, Indy Pride retains the right to approve or deny submissions.

| Employer Exhibitor Table | $400.00 | Non-refundable | Price level for For-Profit organizations and corporations. |
| Not-For-Profit/Government Agency Employer Exhibitor Table | $275.00 | Non-refundable | Price level for 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Organizations and Government Agency |
| Work-Shop Add-on | $2,500.00 | Non-refundable | Time slot for an organization led work-shop with attendees during the Career Fair. A separate space within the facility will be included for this endeavor including mics and projector for presentation. |
| On-site Interview Space Add-on | $1,500.00 | Non-refundable | Separate quiet area that provides tabling and meeting space for a company to conduct on-site interviews with eligible candidates! |
| Speaking Slot Add-On | $1,000.00 | Non-refundable | A Speaking Slot for organizations to share in the main atrium area of the event. This includes a mic and stage presence and will allow companies and organizations to present on a topic of their choice during the event. |
