About the event
Terms & Conditions
ShopFest Utah 2026 (the "Event") is organized by the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce and will take place on September 12, 2026 at Cory Wride Memorial Park in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
The Event is designed to promote local businesses and offer a variety of services to attendees. Young Entrepreneurvendors wishing to participate in the Event must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Offer a service or services that comply with all local and state regulations.
Provide proof of liability insurance coverage, if applicable.ShopFest Jr. vendors interested in participating in the Event must complete the official application form provided by the Event Organizer.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion. ShopFest Jr. vendors must provide detailed information about the services they intend to offer during the Event.
The Event Organizer may review and approve the service offerings to ensure they align with the overall event theme and standards.
ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths or service areas in a clean and organized manner.
Booth or service area setup and operation must comply with all event guidelines and local regulations.
ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to provide their services at the Event.
Proof of valid permits must be provided to the Event Organizer upon request.
ShopFest Jr. vendors may be required to maintain liability insurance depending on the nature of their services.
ShopFest Jr. vendors must hold harmless and indemnify ShopFest Utah 2025 and the Event Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.
ShopFest Jr. vendors are responsible for setting their own pricing for the services they provide.
ShopFest Jr. vendors must clearly communicate their pricing to customers and can gather personal information for later communication.
ShopFest Jr. vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in ShopFest Utah 2025 through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
The Event Organizer may also promote participating service vendors through Event marketing materials. In the event that a service vendor needs to cancel their participation, refunds are as follows:
Cancellation 60+ days before the event (by July 14, 2026): Full Refund, minus fees. Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (July 15 – August 12, 2026): 50% Refund, minus fees. Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after August 13, 2026): NO REFUND.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and service vendors will be notified of any changes.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any service vendor that fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the Event.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
By participating in ShopFest Utah 2026, service vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

| Food Truck Rally Pass | $35.00 | Non-refundable | ShopFest Jr. gives young entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their businesses at the Food Truck Rally the Thursday evenings of July9th, 16th, 30th & August 6th at Cory B Wride Memorial Park. With 4 nights in total, this is an amazing opportunity for kids to sell their products and gain real-world business experience. You can attend all 4 weeks, or just the weeks that work best for you. Cost: $35 for all 5 weeks! Included in each sign up is a ShopFest Jr t-shirt that they can wear each week and a drawstring backpack filled with other helpful items! Included is a 10x10 booth space for each week your young entrepreneur wants to set up and sell. You can attend as many rallies as you'd like throughout the summer with this rally pass! This is a great chance for kids to get involved in the local community, practice their sales skills, and build their own business. - Equipment and Weight Requirement: I understand and agree that I must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg on my canopy to ensure stability during the event. Failure to comply will result in a $25 charge on the day of the event to rent weights. I acknowledge that I am purchasing a booth space only and must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the day, including but not limited to a canopy, chairs, tables, and any other required supplies.
