Terms & Conditions
- Displays: Displays are for one evening only unless otherwise
approved by the Fair Board. - Content of displays: Decorations should not be offensive,
derogatory, violent, or inappropriate for a public setting. - Electrical safety: Be mindful of electrical safety. Follow all safety
guidelines for lighting, including using the correct equipment and
not overloading circuits. Use appropriate extension cords. - Flammability: Decorations, especially fabric-based ones, should
be flame retardant. - Securing: All materials and free-standing displays must be
adequately secured and stable, especially inflatables. - Conduct: The person or group responsible for the display is
accountable for the conduct of their visitors and must respect the
facility.
