About Twin Cities Pride: Twin Cities Pride is the 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization that produces the annual LGBTQIA2S+ Pride Festival, March, and other events. To see our impact on our community with the funding received by vendors like you check out our 2026 Community Impact Report.

 

The goal of Twin Cities Pride is always to create a safe and welcoming place for the LGBTQIA2S+ community to gather and celebrate together. If you are part of a company, group, or organization that has actively worked against or physically harmed ANY members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community then Pride is not the space for you.  

We welcome vending businesses and organizations who affirm and support our mission. Twin Cities Pride wishes to create an environment that celebrates the gathering of a community, while remembering our history and all who have gathered before us:

Please verify your booth placement requests compared to this updating map. Specific booth numbers may not be in the same placement as previous years due to changes in the map’s layout. As such, vendors who request the same booth number as 2025 may not have the same booth space.

The Twin Cities Pride Festival is Minnesota’s second largest festival and the largest FREE Pride festival. Highlighting the best in LGBTQIA2S+ entertainment on 3 stages, featuring over 650 vendors, including LGBTQIA2S+ & BIPOC community resources, artists, and businesses. Terms & Conditions

By completing this application, you agree to and understand the following:

  • Abiding by the mission of Twin Cities Pride: The mission of Twin Cities Pride is to empower every LGBTQIA2S+ person to live as their true self. We envision a future where all LGBTQIA2S+ people are valued and celebrated for who they are. We seek involvement from those participants who affirm and support our message: the Pride celebration commemorates and continues the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equality for LGBTQIA2S+ people and their families.
  • Upon submitting your application, you will be charged a $50 non refundable application fee.
  • Your application remains pending until you receive an approval notification, at which time you will be charged for booth fees and any other charges selected during your application. You will have 2 weeks from the approval date to submit the insurance requirements via the link sent to you in the approval letter. Failure to do so could result in your application being rejected and fees will not be refunded. Once an application is submitted it will be reviewed within 10 days Note: Submitting an application and receiving a confirmation email after you’ve completed the application DOES NOT mean you have been accepted, just that your application has been received.
  • All fees are due at the time of approval and can be paid via ACH or with a credit card.  Mailed-in checks will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Payment will be charged upon approval to your payment method on file.
  • By submitting the application, you attest that you have read through all of the information listed on the TC Pride Vendor Info website (link above). 
    You understand that if at any time during the Pride Festival it is found that you are spreading any sort of hate message, no matter the type, you will be asked to leave the park and will not receive a refund for any fees paid. Additional fees will be assessed if you leave items behind for Twin Cities Pride to remove and/or dispose of. Also, any violations of Twin Cities Pride rules and regulations may result in additional fees being charged and/or exclusion from participation, both during the event and in the following years.
  • We DO not guarantee placement in any particular location and reserve the right to move vendors up to the start of the festival. No Portable Generators will be allowed in the park. Portable Generators will only be used by TC Pride for Operations & Sponsors when tapping into larger electrical systems are not available.
  • Vendors who do not comply with onsite logistics and regulations, including those given by any licensing agency will not be allowed to open for business and may be asked to leave the park, forfeiting the ability to participate in any way in the festival.  
  • By submitting this application you agree to using the system provided to you (Clover system) by Twin Cities Pride for all transactions done at your locations. This also includes understanding that you are responsible for payment processing fees of 2.39% plus $0.09 per transaction
  • You also agree that you will pay 20% of sales minus taxes to Twin Cities Pride which covers 10% to Pride and 10% to the Minneapolis Park Board for permitting fees.
  • You agree to have either a Minneapolis Seasonal or Short-Term Permit. 
     

REFUND POLICY 
The application fee (charged when submitting the application is non-refundable for any reason. If you are not accepted as a vendor, you will not be charged any additional application fees (booth, electrical, or other selections). Until you are approved, you can withdraw your application at any time and no additional charges will occur. Applicants who have been approved prior to 4/15/2026 have a 2 week window after their approval to request a cancellation and receive a refund of the additional fees, less the payment processing fees. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to festival@tcpride.org. After 4/15/2026 no refunds will be issued. Failure to provide required documents within the timeframe, such as proper COIs or Food Permits, will result in your application being rejected, and no refunds will be issued.  The Applicant understands that fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE outside of these policies.  

 

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
Twin Cities Pride shall NOT be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes), severe weather conditions making the venue unsafe, epidemics, pandemics, terrorism, war, riots, civil unrest, government orders or restrictions, strikes, or failure of essential utilities or transportation.

50 AMP Power (Required for Purple, Blue, Yellow and Pink Food Courts) $650.00 Non-refundable If you require greater than one 50 AMP you need to select a quantity of 2. Power Rental is Required in: - Stonewall (Purple Section with beer garden) - P2P (Blue Section in the Park) - Loring (Yellow Section near beer garden) - Harmon (Pink Section - along Harmon Drive)
Food Vendor Space for the first 25 ft of unit (Truck/Trailer/Booth) $2,500.00 Non-refundable Note- If your unit is longer than 25 Ft you will be charged for the additional footprint. A Separate Application is required for each food booth location. Please make sure you are using the correct application for each food booth request. A limit of 3 locations.
Space per additional 5 feet $500.00 Non-refundable The first 25ft is $2500 If your unit is longer than 25 feet every additional 5 feet will be $500
Aditional clover device rental $100.00 Non-refundable This is for vendors that will need 4 or more clover's for this location.
Short Term Food Permit Fee $100.00 Non-refundable If you need to apply for a Short-Term Food Permit you should select this fee Fill out the form (in the document area) and send to Festival@tcpride.org. Permits are submitted together by Pride staff to ensure only registered vendors can participate at our event.

  • I understand that if approved as a food vendor you will be automatically charged the remaining fees associated with the selections you made during the application process along with a 6.25% payment processing fee. Once approved you will have 2 weeks to provide the Tax form - ST19, and proof of Liability Insurance or your status as approved will be CANCELLED and NO REFUND will be provided. You may also cancel your registration during this time and receive a refund of the remaining fees (less any payment processing fees). Not accepting this policy may result in your application being rejected
  • By submitting an application, I agree to use the POS system that Twin Cities Pride will provides to you in at the festival for all Cash and Credit Card Sales.
