Knights Pavillion $225.00 Non-refundable Located beside the jousting arena, Knight’s Pavilion offers strong visibility during tournament performances and scheduled demonstrations. This covered pavilion features a curated row of artisan and merchant booths positioned along one of the festival’s primary activity areas. - Saturday & Sunday 12x12 Booth Space
Rogue’s Tavern $175.00 Non-refundable A limited vendor area located within the festival beer garden. Positioned near the tavern, this section features adult-oriented entertainment including the crack whipper and Dead City Circus Sideshow and draws strong evening crowds. -Saturday & Sunday 12x12 Booth Space
The Vikings Outpost $150.00 Non-refundable A large open marketplace surrounding the Viking encampment and falconer demonstrations. This section hosts a wide range of vendors and draws steady traffic from guests exploring the encampment, live demonstrations, and surrounding festival activities. -Saturday & Sunday 12x12 Booth Space.

Merchant Quest Upgrade $50.00 Non-refundable The Merchant Quest is an interactive activity designed to encourage guests to explore the entire marketplace. Guests receive a quest card and visit participating booths to collect stamps or complete small challenges. Limited to 25 Spaces. Merchant Quest Participation Upgrade: $50 Participating vendors receive: • Inclusion on the official Quest Map • Additional promotion encouraging guests to visit their booth • Optional quest stamp or sticker
