2026 Vendor Application

Welcome to the 2026 HFF event! The Hoosier Fall Festival is a two-day event at the Fairgrounds in Franklin Indiana.  We love our vendors and want to offer you an event that promotes your business and gives you a great platform for selling your products. We reserve the right to allow only a certain number of vendors in each category so that shoppers have a good variety, and vendors have a better opportunity to sell their wares. If you submit your application but the category you fall under is already saturated, we will add you to our waitlist.

• One day set ups are not allowed for this two-day event.
• Early teardown is prohibited.
• Upon submitting your application, you agree that Hoosier 
  Fall Festival and its affiliates will not be held responsible for your goods and equipment that are left overnight.
• Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, tents, etc.
• Booth spaces are approximately 10 x 10
• You may only sell your items in your booth space. Please refrain from going to other booths or buildings to solicit sales. You may only post signs in your own booth area.
• Cancellations with refund will be allowed until September 1.  After that date, there will be no booth rental refunds.
• Electricity is only available for inside vendors located along the walls that have electrical outlets.
