Terms & Conditions
All applicants must read and agree to the terms and conditions below before submitting their application.
By applying as a Fell's Point - Bar/Restaurant, you confirm that your business is located within the festival footprint (as defined above) and that you want to come outside to vend in the street on the festival's special event permit issued by the City of Baltimore.
Please note:
- Each space in this category is priced at $575 and measures 10ft by 10ft.
- You have the option to purchase multiple spaces, up to the width of your storefront.
- Your space will be automatically assigned directly in front of your brick and mortar bar and/or restaurant location. If you have a parklet, your space/s will be in front of the parklet (not to the side of the parklet in front of another business).
- To ensure accurate placement, please confirm that the address and business name provided in your application match the location where your assigned space will be situated in front of your bar/restaurant.
