About the application
Welcome to the application process for the 60th Annual Fell's Point Fun Festival, Baltimore's longest-running community event that draws 50,000+ attendees.
This application is for food vendors working and selling out of a tent or booth.
All applicants must read the terms and conditions below before submitting their application.
Each vendor space is 10'x10'. You need to purchase enough space to fully fit your operation. For example, if you need a 10'x15' space, you must purchase a 10'x20'.
FESTIVAL HOURS:
Friday, October 2, 5-9pm - Friday Night Market
Saturday, October 3: 11am-7pm
Sunday, October 4: 12-5pm

About the event
Terms & Conditions
All applicants must read and agree to the terms and conditions below before submitting their application.
TENTS:
- Food vendors must provide their own tent, either a 10'x10' or larger if additional space has been purchased.
- All tents must be properly anchored for the entire duration of the event to prevent damage to neighboring spaces or property.
- Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own tent weights; these will not be provided. Acceptable examples include sandbags, dumbbells, etc.
- Vendors with improperly secured tents will not be permitted to set up or operate.
GENERATORS/POWER:
- The festival does not provide house power or access to electricity.
- All generators used on festival grounds must be hush/silent run generators.
- Any vendor using a non-compliant generator will be asked to leave the festival without a refund.
NON-COMPLIANCE:
The Fell’s Point Fun Festival has the right to refuse any vendor participating in the festival if they do not comply with the rules set forth and listed within the terms and conditions here, and outlined in the vendor contract. If a vendor is noncompliant, they will be asked to leave and vendor fees will not be refunded.
TRASH REMOVAL:
- Vendors are required to maintain clean grounds, free of all debris, within their designated areas.
- Dumpsters will be available for vendor use during the weekend event.
- At the close of each day, vendors must ensure that all trash is properly bagged and placed neatly at the front of their setup for pickup.
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own trash bags and receptacles.
GREASE POLICY:
- Food vendors are solely responsible for removing all grease generated during the event to dispose of off-site.
- Grease bins are not provided.
- Vendors using fryer oil must utilize ground covers in order to operate.
- Any on-site disposal of grease, gray water, or any related materials is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate removal from the festival, and potential criminal charges.
ICE:
- Ice will be available for purchase.
- Vendors must provide their own transportation for the ice (ex. carts, wagons, etc.) and must use the official ice vendor.
CANCELLATIONS:
- No refunds will be given for any cancellations or no shows.
- All fees are non-refundable.
ALCOHOL:
- Vendors may not serve alcoholic beverages.
WATER:
- The festival does not have access to water for vendor usage. All vendors are required to bring their own water source if needed.
SPONSORSHIP:
Should the festival secure a food/beverage sponsor, vendors may be required to sell an official festival product (ex., soda/bottled water) at a fixed price point.
FIRE MARSHAL:
Vendors must meet all requirements set forth by the Baltimore City Fire Marshall. Vendors must have all labeled fire-retardant structures when applicable. Vendors using any source of fire/heat must bring a fire extinguisher with a valid recharged tag. If operating with fryers or grease, vendors must have a Special K silver extinguisher. Vendors that do not pass inspection by the Baltimore City Fire Department and are not able to correct their set-up to be in compliance, we will be asked to leave and vending fees are not returned.
INSURANCE:
Once accepted to the festival, vendors must furnish a Certificate of Insurance (COI) no later than August 28, 2026. The required coverage should not be less than the following:
- Workers Compensation: Statutory Requirements
- State Disability: Statutory Requirements
- General Liability: $1,000,000 occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
- Automobile Liability: $1,000,000
Insurance certificates shall name The Society for the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fell’s Point, Inc. and the Mayor and City Council and all respective employees, agents, and representatives as additional insured parties.
LIABILITY:
Vendors shall bear sole responsibility for any personal injury, loss of property or merchandise placed upon or sold at the festival, from set up to break down. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Society for the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fell’s Point Inc., their respective employees, agents, and volunteers and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, its elected/appointed officials, employees, agents and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, suits, and actions, including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising out of this contract or as a result of the vendor’s activities on the festival grounds and/or within its boundaries, including selling, storage or merchandising, and/or vendor’s occupancy or use of the festival grounds or any portion thereof.
BALTIMORE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT PERMIT:
All approved food vendors are required at their own expense to carry a temporary food permit from the Baltimore City Health Department. Do not apply to the Health Department until you have been accepted into the festival and after August 1, 2026.
Affter August 1, 2026, approved vendors will be on the festival's authorized vendor list and may reach out to the Baltimore City Health Department at (410) 396-4398 to obtain your permit. Vendors will not be permitted to set up at the festival without a copy of the permit. Vendors that do not pass inspection by the Baltimore City Health Department and are not able to correct their set-up to be in compliance, we will be asked to leave and vending fees are not returned.
