About the application

WE ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT OF VENDOR BOOTH SPACES FOR MARCH 2026! ALL APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WILL BE SENT TO THE WAIT LIST. YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU ARE EVENTUALLY MOVED TO THE ACCEPTED LIST.

Be sure to read this entire page. Submission of your application represents acceptance of these terms.

If you are a member of a non-profit organization in the Elberta area and you would like a free non-profit booth space, please submit a non-profit application.

If you are a food vendor and would like to submit a food vendor application, please submit a food vendor application. We do not define "craft" foods such as freeze dried candy, baked goods, jams/jellies, honey, spices, etc. as food vendors. If you are unsure, please email us at festival@elbertagsf.com.

Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come first-served basis, with return vendors having priority. Once we are sold out of spaces, vendors may sign up for the waitlist if a spot comes open.

If you are a return vendor, but you are requesting a different type or different quantity of booth(s) from your previous Festival, you will not be guaranteed your previous booth space assignment. The reason for this is to achieve what you have requested, and what you requested may not be possible in the same area you were in previously.

Once your application has been processed and you have been approved, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

About the event

As a cornerstone event for the Elberta community, the Elberta German Sausage Festival is held twice a year to raise funds for the Town of Elberta Fire Department. In addition to directly supporting the fire department, festival proceeds also benefit the community through benevolent initiatives and other fundraising activities. The festival further extends its impact by offering local non-profits a valuable opportunity to participate and raise money for their own causes. Proceeds are also used to ensure the festival's continued operation and improvement. Vendor applications will be available to the public beginning January 1, 2026. All vendors that attended the October 2025 Festival received a link via email for the March 2026 application. If you did not receive the email, you can send us a message here on Eventeny, or send an email to festival@
