About the application
Application for competitors in the 2025 Arkansas Highland Games. Registration includes admission, food voucher, t-shirt, and one additional tickets for family. Registrations will be first come, first serve. People registering after the maximum per class will be waitlisted and contacted if a spot becomes available.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Event Liability Waiver and Release Agreement
By registering and attending this event (“Event”), you agree to assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
By attending, you release the Event organizers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and all related parties (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or expenses related to your actions or participation.
You consent to medical treatment in the event of an emergency and understand that you are responsible for any associated costs. Additionally, you agree to follow all Event rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in your removal without refund. By attending, you also grant permission for the use of any photos, videos, or recordings of you taken at the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
