Applications are reviewed within 1 week of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file will be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted, so please only apply to this event if you are prepared to pay for and attend, as we do not allow cancellations/refunds.

Please submit only 1 application and choose the category that best describes your main product line. We do our best to curate events to reduce over-saturation. At this time, we are only accepting artisan vendors, no direct sales vendors.

This is an indoor/outdoor event. If you are registering for a 10x10 foot outdoor booth space, you must provide all of your own set-up materials, including (required) a tent and tent weights, WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED. Please note that if you fail to bring weights you may be asked to not set up. If you are registering for an indoor space (sizes of spaces vary) no tent is needed. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather or no show.

About the event

Come be a part of our fall market in Jamestown! Cakes by B's Blue House Bakery and Potent Potables are teaming up to host an indoor/outdoor fall market focused on early holiday shopping. There will be plenty of free parking available for vendors and shoppers in the parking lot behind our businesses. Outdoor vendors are given a 10x10 foot space. Indoor vendor spaces vary. All vendors are asked to be set up by 2:30pm and break down no earlier than 6pm. Restrooms will be available for vendors as well as assistance, if needed, for questions, set up, and break down. The vendor fee is $20 and is required to be paid in full in order to confirm registration.
