Artists

Thank you for your interest in offering to sell or display your original works of art and sculptures at our festival. In order to promote and encourage accessibility of spaces for creative expression within our community, we are offering preferred booth pricing to our creators of cultural expression.  This application will be used to gather information about you and the works you intend to offer at our event.  This application will also serve as an electronic agreement and by electing to be a vendor you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Guidelines For Artists 

• Artists displaying their works must provide art in the designated area
• Artists can be as creative as they like within their specific space

Marketing & Promotions

• Artists may have marketing materials and contact information on their table
• Artists may provide promotional items to attract more people to their table
• Artists are encouraged to share on social media about the event and their participation

Set-up & Break-down

• Must have display down and area clean within 30 minutes after the event
• Artists must leave the location clean of all garbage and trash

Refunds / Cancellations

• Once approved, no refunds will be issued for artists' cancellations.
• Refunds will not be provided should you choose to cancel or due to unforseen circumstances.
• Application submission does NOT guarantee acceptance.
