Vendor must provide a PNG or JPG image of the advertisement they would like to have placed in the event program. Submissions will not be proofed. Vendor is solely responsible for the content and formatting of their submission.

Quarter Page Advertisement	$100.00	Non-refundable	This application is for a quarter page advertisement in our event program (approximately 4 inches high by 2.5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
Half Page Advertisement	$150.00	Non-refundable	This application is for a full page advertisement in our event program (approximately 4 inches high by 5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
Full Page Advertisement	$200.00	Non-refundable	This application is for a full page advertisement in our event program (approximately 8 inches high by 5 inches wide). We will be contacting you for submission of your advertisement image.
